About this restaurant

In June 2020 B&R Dining acquired the old Plate & Porter in March and transformed a rather dated and run-down restaurant into a destination restaurant for March & Cambridgeshire. Extensive redecoration & sympathetic refurbishment throughout created a warm & inviting dining rooms, oak flooring, contemporary furnishings and art from renowned local Fenland artists a beautiful outside garden with bar and BBQ area will be finished for spring of 2021. Our head chef shares our passion for food & innovative dining, sourcing ingredients from local suppliers to add a modern twist to classic cuisine which is reflected in our menus, our front of house team would ensure you have a relaxed time in a wonderful atmosphere our wine experts in collaboration with our local wine merchants Matthew Clark have an extensive & exciting list of wines available to suit all tastes.
