B&B Chophouse and Market
Amazing quality and reasonable prices we use certified Angus beef and age our steaks a minimum of 30 days for maximum tenderness and flavor then cut them ourselves. Couple this with a great ambiance and a restaurant designed with Covid safety in mind.
Enjoy!

The waitress forgot to order one meal out of our foursome. But, the manager came to apologize and took care of the meal. Much appreciated.
Ordered the 10 oz sirloin and it was so tough I finally gave up trying to cut it.
Wife’s prime rib was average.
I would recommend this for appetizers/bar time. We came on a Tuesday night at 6 pm, after happy hour. DRINKS made were amazing!!! T Now onto the food, at the price point listed, this should be mouth-watering meats. Unfortunately, my steak was extremely chewy, no lie my jaw hurt trying to chew. I order medium-rare to ensure softer texture and flavor at all steak restaurants, never had an issue with chewy on a good cut sirloin. I tried the bearnaise sauce with crab and asparagus add-on, save your money as wasn't too flavorful and didn't add to the meat. My husband had the tomahawk rib- it was fall off the bone but they ruined it with a brown gravy that was VERY salty. Keep the gravy and let the meat shine through, maybe the rub was salty but I am blaming the gravy as of now. We did the bacon app and I won't order again as it was just bacon with a maple-type sauce slathered over it, not even cut for quick bites-bacon isn't easy to cut with a butter knife. Let's be honest who doesn't like Bacon- so yes it was tasty but we love the bacon burnt ends that Bricks in Sarasota has and this fell short. Our server was either new or maybe busy with items we couldn't tell behind the wooden screen, she just wasn't around much and never asked us if we needed another drink (YES I always do) and she never refilled waters- needed it with all the salt! Overall, I will try it again but maybe stick to apps and drinks only as they all looked good on other tables.
This was our first visit to Bourbon & Bones. The food and the ambience is outstanding. My husband had the short rib and I had pecan crusted salmon. Both were exceptional. We'll definitely be coming back.
Very pleasant. Went for Sunday brunch with my husband and daughter for my birthday. It was a rainy day and the restaurant was quiet. We enjoyed the food and the bottomless mimosas. Our waiter was great!
It was outstanding and we will be back.... regularly!!!!
We had a wonderful dinner with friends and never felt rushed. Food was great and service superb
Enjoyed it, especially piano player.
Scott was the best
The steaks are excellent. The short ribs are very good. The cream style corn which I can not stand, is whole kernel corn in a cream sauce and to die for. The burbon Bacon appetizer is a must as is the wedge salad. Drinks excellent. Can not say enough good things about the place.
Food is good but a bit overpriced for the quality and portion. The bourbon pricing is all over the place. Elijah Craig small batch at $14?? The bottle is $29 as every liquor store. Buffalo Trace at $10? Just baffling.
We loved the drinks, meals and dessert and general atmosphere of the restaurant !
Kudos to the chef(s) and staff - the entire experience was top notch!
We will definitely make this one of our favorite go to dining establishments and visit more frequently !
The selection of bourbons was excellent.
The atmosphere outside is wonderful. Not like other restaurants that are outside near the street.
Prime rib was not as tender or flavorful as in the past. The flounder special was excellent. Waiter was good but very straight line; only said what he needed to get our order. Indicated in the reservation it was a special occasion which was not even verbally acknowledged by our waiter.
Had been our go to new place; am afraid not any more. Don’t know when we will return.
Poor choice of dressings. Lunch quality poor taste poor
Out of the fresh catch so early was a disappointment. Also, one of the 4 dinners was late coming to table which reduces the experience.
Second time eating here and it was very disappointing. First time it was very good. We had reservations this time and was seated at the end of an isle in heavy traffic. Staff kept hitting my wife’s purse. Nobody said anything. I moved the table to make more room.
Bread was small and dry. Not good at all.
Drinks were good, bartender knows what he was doing but unfortunately was never asked if I wanted another drink. Water never refilled.
Next comes the meal- my wife’s filet was over cooked. Ordered medium rare, Sent it back came out rare after picking at my meal for 15 minutes.
After all done never offered anything to make up for the bad meal. Nothing comped on bill.
It was my wife’s birthday. Never mentioned it because it wouldn’t have mattered.
Yes I could have spoke up, sat at a different location, sent my meal back too so we can eat together, ask for another drink, asked to see the manager; however I was expecting a higher class experience and was hoping somebody at the restaurant would step up.
Never going back.
B&B food was awesome. The service was slow at best.
It was okay. The atmosphere was nice inside and we dined outside on the patio. I ordered the prime rib and it was way over cooked and lacked flavor. My wife’s pork chop was better. The spinach side was bland and the cream corn was fine, but both could’ve used more seasoning. I ordered 2 bourbon cocktails from the drink list and both were good.
2nd time here. First time was a bust so we thought we’d give them a 2nd chance. Brought incorrect food out . Server could not remember who ordered what. Food was fair. Went for lunch so very quiet. I’d give an overall score of 5
Excellent food and service. It was a nice quiet dinning experience with a great ambiance.
A little disappointed as we wanted to love this place and it had good reviews but a lot of the reviews warned of the tough meat but we wanted to give it a try ourselves.
We went here for the first time a few days ago and we had the B&B Bluegrass Chopped salad, the Baby Wedges and the Berries & Brie salads. All were very fresh and good but the Wedge was outstanding and flavorful.
We also had the 7 oz. Fillet Oscar style which was very flavorful but tough for a Fillet and a lobster tail that was a bit undercooked, the Bourbon Brown Sugar Cowboy Ribeye which was also very flavorful but tough and the 14 oz. slow roasted Prime Rib which was also flavorful but tough. When you took a bit of all of the meats they were a bit stringy and chewy.
We also had the Au Gratin Potatoes which were a bit under cooked as the potato was not soft, the Cream of corn was good but needed a little more seasoning, and the Blue Cheese stuffed tomato was just OK.
We were very hungry so we did not have the steaks taken back as we did not want to wait and all in all the steaks had great flavor but all were way too tough, not sure where they are sourcing their meats? I have gone to less expensive steak houses and have had more tender Prime Rib, Fillet and Ribeye.
Beautiful sitting outside. Service was slow to start.
Everything was perfect!
Great service. Good steak. Too noisy because of loud duo singing. Could do with out live music till later in the evening.
It was a Wednesday evening and we were ready for prime rib. It’s the special and our taste buds were rewarded with a nice, extra tender slab of prime! It was bigger than the advertised weight. Came with good au jus and a creamy side of horseradish. The calamari appetizer is worth the gamble. Get the sauce on the side do the calamari stays crisp.
Service was perfect. Not rushed at all. Beautiful inside but next time the outdoor area overlooking a pond is where we’ll make reservations. Enjoy!
We ordered beef medallions which was good; nothing exceptional
I ordered the steak medallions for lunch. there were 3 pieces. Thats a little underwhelming. I asked for medium-rare and there were just barely any pink color in the center - more like medium to medium-well.
Still good and I've been there many times, so ill go back again and maybe just not order that.
2nd time and was even better than first
We had dinner and it was our first time at the restaurant. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. My wife and I both had filets with the B&B Rub. They were prepared to the correct temperature and had great flavor. I’d put their steak up against any other Steakhouse in the area. We also enjoyed a great bottle of wine. We had a great experience with food, service, and atmosphere. We will return and I will recommend B&B Chophouse and Market to anyone without hesitation.
Very enjoyable evening. Service was great katlyn was the best We will be back. Food was great. Thanks.
Great atmosphere and even better food. Our waiter, Scott, was one of the best waiters I think I have ever had.
Very impressed with the overall experience. The food was exceptional and service was great. We went on Saturday for the brunch and it was great. Would like to try going in the evening for dinner.
Food was very good, service very good, a bit too loud, price a little high
We had reservations for 2 so they were expecting us. I really don’t know if it was the one particular server or not but from the time we sat down it took an awfully long time for him to come to our table. Once he took our drink order that took an extremely long time, even took long to get our bread. He was more interested in the table across from us, very disappointed up to that point. The drinks were good once they came as well as the appetizer. The food was delicious and the quantities were large. We were not sure if it was the server or just everything was slow there. The ambiance was great. Would like to sit at the bar the next time if we do return.
Extremely loud. Too loud for communication
The group was way too loud for the restaurant space! Very difficult to hear and speak at our table. The owners should decide as to whether they want B&B to be a restaurant or a bar with entertainment! One suggestion would be to put the music outside
We had an excellent lunch on the patio yesterday! Food was delicious and service was great! This was our third time dining here and I highly recommend it!
I was the best Birthday dinner I have had in years. Our server was spot on, and the the food was excellent. I have recommended this restaurant to several of my friends and they can not wait to try it. Thank you and your staff for making this 74th Birthday the best ever.
