Awesome experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was outstanding. Decently high price point but you get what you pay for! I would highly recommend B&B to anyone looking for a very nice place to celebrate an occasion or just to experience some REALLY good food.
The rooftop dinner was perfect for our group of friends that were first time restaurant visitors. The special for the night was amazing. Service was bit slow for early evening, midweek.
Great food, wonderful service a little pricey for the food but portions are large.
great service, great food! Would definitely dine at B&B again.
We sat upstairs on the terrace and the food and service were both excellent
Food was great, service was better. Bridget was a 10. We will be back.
Restaurant users their space badly, as are too many tables in main dining area and too many next to the ONLY walkway.....everyone is bumping into one another. Tables are a little on the small side also. Their 55 day dry aged steak that they recommended was TERRIBLE....BLAND AND WAS NOT COOKED TO MEDIUM AS I REQUESTED. Sent it back and once I received it the outer portions were fine but the inside was still RARE.....makes you wonder how it was before?
Food was delicious, service awesome, prices... over-the-top.
Excellent, the food was seasoned the service even better.
It was awesome
Over priced for what you get.
I will be back!! It was great!
Wonderful atmosphere food and service!!!
I had an amazing experience! The food was delicious and the band was fantastic. I will definitely return.
Great food and great service.
Brunch with family. Sat upstairs at the outdoor section, and that was a great area for brunch. Very nice, well run establishment, with excellent service. Food was good, but not outstanding. App (monkey bread) was fine, but not special. Stuffed French Toast was very good. (I didn't eat it, but others did.) Apple something waffle was also good, not great.
Planning to go back for Dinner. Other places probably do a better food brunch.
We had such a lovely Mother's Day brunch there. Moe was fantastic! The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect!
the food was great and the STEAK.... my bone in ribeye was perfect, tender tasty, juicy. no sauce over it. the garlic mashed potatoes, delightful. harmony, the waitress, was a charm and very professional, Thank you
Service and food was great. Restaurant is really loud, which was hard to have conversation
This is the BEST restaurant in town!!! I love the food—everything is great. The service is always outstanding. I definitely recommend the upstairs patio!!!
I was looking for a special place to celebrate my wife's birthday so we decided to try this place.
As insignificant as it may seem their table bread is great. There are 2 types of bread and they were both delicious.
For our appetizers we had the crab cake and the cream of carrot soup. The crab cake was very disappointing. It was very mushy and stringy like tuna fish but even more wet and mushy. The carrot soup on the other hand was INCREDIBLE.
Next I want to discuss the sides. We had the creamed spinach, baked potato and the corn souffle. We took one bite of the corn souffle and sent it back. We did not enjoy that at all. We got the asparagus in it's place and we were much happier. The baked potato was a baked potato. It was cooked properly but other than that there isn't much to say. The creamed spinach is one of the best that we have ever had.
Now for the entrees...this is where we hit a snag.
My wife is a tenderloin person so since it was a special occasion I ordered her the a5 from the tajima cattle that is $55 per ounce but they messed up the order and gave us the lesser tenderloin. It was still good but not what was ordered. The manager understood the issue and took care of it for a future purchase. Sometimes there will be an issue no matter where you go but how management handles it says everything and he handled quickly and in an appropriate manner.
My steak was the $135 ribeye and it was one of the best I have ever eaten. It was prepared perfectly and was well seasoned. I would order it again and again.
For dessert we had the baked Alaska and we both enjoyed that immensely.
The service was great for the most part with the major exception of not putting the correct order in for my wife. They were professional and quickly anticipated most of our needs.
We will update this on our next visit.
The overall experience was amazing...our only issue was the noise level. It’s was a bit too loud. We had to sit side by side to converse. Our waiter was the absolute best.
Horrible valet experience. Unorganized. Took forever. Whats the point in using valet?
Restaurant is very nice, but the quality and flavor of the meat was lacking - especially for the price paid.
Great happy hour though the bar feels a little dreary compared to the rooftop and/or main restaurant, which boasts a more lively atmosphere. Food and drinks were great overall, however Charcuterie/Cheese tray was surprisingly subpar. Will definitely be back. Easy choice to take clients!
My daughter birthday.
Prime rib was fatty the rest of foods are good.
We went to Sunday brunch and sat on the patio. Everything was perfect! The patio has to be one of the best in Houston with great views of downtown. It is covered so even when it's warm outside, there is shade and fans so it feels great. William, our server, was top notch and offered great recommendations! The food was so good and we can't wait to go back for dinner!
Great food and service. Enjoyed our experience
Fantastic server! Beautiful space
The service staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food was not quite up to my expectation but overall we had a good time and a good meal.
Ambient is cosy, service is outstanding, appetizer was great but steak that I ordered was over cooked, no taste at all and so hard. I would expect more from 60+ dollar steak. I was offered to get it changed but I don’t like to throw the food. I hope next time will be better, I would go back just because of appetizer and service!
Was my wife's birthday, put that on the reservation hostess saw it but no one talked. Waiter was not a fine dining waiter he didn't no the small things. Beef and Barley Soup (should go get Campbell's would have been better it sucked). Was asked to cut into the steak in front of waiter, not something that isn't proper for a fine dining restaurant. Oysters were great bring a spoon to serve the sauces. Had the bacon tri waiter didn't come back to explain it. Price for Service and quality didn't match. A very nice back waiter and a very nice female server who wasn't waiting on us very nice.
Manager shouldn't berate bartender in front of guests and staff in front of us because he didn't use a measured go get a quick pour. It wasn't professional
Unfortunately we will not go back! I expected a little better Service.
Delicious food with PERFECT service! My family enjoyed this restaurant very much. The signature oyster appetizer and garlic mashed potatoes were our favorite! We’ll be back!
Great food. Great service. Wonderful atmosphere!!!
Always good service and good food. Can’t wait to go back for lunch or dinner. My favorite is the Bone in Chicken Shank
We had a table on the patio, the ambiance is great & the weather cooperated!
Our first visit, and the food & service was as good as the reviews! A bit pricey, but well worth it! We will be back!
We chose B&B Butchers for a weeknight work dinner. Our server was patient, gave great recommendations for our group, & was attentive without being overbearing - the perfect combination. The food was exceptional & served in a timely manner. Another great experience at B&B Butchers!
Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu. The service was perfect and the food spectacular.
