The Bacon Cookie
chocolate chip & bacon cookie, candied bacon, chocolate sauce, walnuts & vanilla gelato
Everything was good, except prices tend to be in the outrageous category, which, even though we have the money, may make us to think twice before returning. Felt like gouging.
I definitely would come back. The Lamb Chops were great. The chicken awesome 👏🏾.
First visit to this steakhouse and it stands above the best in Houston! Ordered the bacon sampler for starters - fav was the lamb bacon least fav was the blue cheese but still had an amazing flavor. Many cuts of steak to choose from settled on a wagyu rib eye and it was cooked perfectly and with great flavor! The customer service was exceptional and up to standards with a four star steakhouse. I will go back for the beef Wellington!
Great customer service, took care of us when we couldn’t get sat at our reservation time. Amazing food!
Ambiance would have been better if it didn’t rain. The rain made the visit wet. The rook outdoors leaked and was pretty wet by the end of dinner. Otherwise all was all right.
So we had the appetizer of the night which was stuff shrimp wrapped in bacon. Sauces was good but was over cooked and bland. Also had the ribeye was full of fat had lots of brissel.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding!
Wonderful dining experience!
This was my first trip to B&B on a recco from someone in our dining party. The service was spectacular, the outdoor dining area was gorgeous (it is upstairs). The service was spot on.
A few highlights...the LOADED MASHED POTATOES....these should absolutely be on your radar. They are not for the faint of heart (or anyone scared of the magic of carbs, dairy and fat). Maybe top 5 dishes of all time. AMAZING. The bread service was simple, salty and fabulous.
I had the bone in Ribeye. It was cooked perfectly (rare+) and was perfectly tender and flawlessly seasoned. I love a great steak (and almost always choose the ribeye) this did not disappoint.
Cocktails were delicious (we went mostly classic old fashioneds and sazeracs instead of using the cocktail menu).
This place should be on your list for a great night out.
Great atmosphere. The bar is nice. The service was great. The place was out of both 55 day dry aged 22 ounce bone in ribeyes at 7pm on a Saturday. Beef Wellington was bland but perfectly medium rare. Steak a la Berg was very good. Tommy’s Bacon is excellent. The sides were all excellent but the bacon stands out. The cream of mushroom soup was really good too. We shared several desserts that were all very good. Our waitress (Marlene) did a fantastic job taking care of us. If they would have had the steaks we wanted, it would have been a solid four stars.
I have eaten here several times, the food has been consistent. My steak was superb! Atmosphere and service were great!
My parents had an amazing time here for their anniversary! They were so excited to tell me all about it. Thank you for making my parents 26th Anniversary a memorable one!
We both had the classic filet and thought it was the best steak we have had in Houston. The service was great and Jamari, our waiter, was happy to answer any questions that we had.
Great food, will definitely return soon
Raul and chasity are amazing as well as all the staff! B
This was our second time dining for brunch at B&B as we usually just come for dinner. 3 of us each ordered the Benedicts and scotch eggs to share and my husband ordered the chicken and waffles. He liked his plate a lot. The scotch eggs were tasty but we all agreed the poached eggs on our Benedict’s needed a bit more time in the “bath” as they were overly runny (white part of egg). Our server was nice but as the patio started to fill he became overwhelmed with 4 tables —one being a large group of 7. I think he should have had more help. We ordered the carpetbaggers as an appetizer at the beginning however he seemed to have forgotten that we did, and when he finally brought it, it was lukewarm. I think next time we’ll either make our rezzies at 11am or simply sit inside the main dining room —less people and therefore more attentive service.
Perfect Sunday brunch. Food was insanely good! Can’t wait to go back!!
Tables were not appropriately spaced out on the upstairs patio. We were within 2 feet of diners at other tables on both sides of our table. Not safe enough, even outdoors, for dining where masks are off. I was disappointed.
Staff was very attentive but not overbearing. Food was delicious and service was impeccable. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
Jeremiah made sure we were seated in the table we requested to celebrate my Mom’s Birthday over looking the skyline!! It was a perfect evening, the food was delicious and Brandon was a great server!!! We throughly enjoyed our evening! Thank you for going above and beyond!! We will be back soon!
Enjoyed the food and the service, would recommend to anyone looking for a steak house in Houston
Service was great. Good excellent
Birthday. Crab meat tasted fishy. Steak not cooked right appetizer mushy. Baked potato overcooked.
It was absolutely fabulous. At first I was a little worried because our table was right smack in a crowd of people but they politely moved us out of the way of others and made us feel very comfortable. So comfortable we stayed 3 hours! Great service! Our waiter was amazing!
The medium rare bone-in Ribeye was gummy. Quality of meat is below average. It didn’t even have the right outer color.
The place was packed and the table I had was definitely one that was just added near kitchen or AC unite wall and even had light next to me that they turned off. The humming noise coming from the side wall was super loud. I told the greeter and the manager but they didn’t do or offered anything.
Menu selections were fantastic and service was excellent!
It was perfect, 34 year anniversary dinner. Brandon is a great waiter. Will definitely go back.
My wife and I were visiting Houston to see our son and daughter-in-law. They each have birthdays later in October and we won’t see them again for a while, so we took them out to dinner for an early birthday celebration.
B&B Butchers was AMAZING! Wagyu and USDA Prime beef are the stars of the menu, but they have some great specialty dishes as well. The “Butcher’s Butter” was phenomenal...10 oz. of melt-in-your-mouth ribeye cap (spinalis dorsi...the best part of any cow) was the best beef I’ve had in a long time.
Great food, cool rooftop dining, and a wonderful ambiance!
