Everything was amazing!
Excellent place for family or romantic evening. We will return soon.
Very good overall we will come back
Great food and service! Benjamin was an excellent waiter! 8oz Texas Wagyu had amazing flavor! Wasabi crusted Tuna was off the chart good! Shrimp cocktail and crab cake awesome. Cheesecake and mixed berry dessert excellent. Definitely will go back!
Fantastic dinner at B&Bs. The three way bacon was delicious! The long bone 40 oz was cooked perfectly.
Service was on point. Restaurant atmosphere was comfortable however the chairs upstairs (2top table) were very uncomfortable. The food was good but not great. The steaks that we cook at home are better tasting than these.
This was our first trip to dinner at B & B Butchers. We started at the downstairs bar where we had a couple of drinks and calamari as an appetizer. The calamari was outstanding and the portion could have easily served 4 people. We dined upstairs at a table for two. The atmosphere was okay. I was not too happy at how close the tables were to one another. Our waiter was great and very responsive to our needs. My wife ordered the sea bass which came out in a large portion and was grilled to perfection. I ordered the Texas Wagyu ribeye. The tase of the steak was great, but there was some gristle in the steak. I would have thought a wagyu steak would not have had these issues. Overall the restaurant was great and we will be back.
Overall the food was delicious. The complimentary bread, wagyu carpaccio, bacon wrapped shrimp (Saturday night’s appetizer special), and carpet bagger - all fantastic. The brisket ravioli was mediocre and I wouldn’t order it again. The beef Wellington was our entree and it was also fantastic! They sat us at a table for 4 and there was only 2 of us which was fine. However, for some of the other tables they had to wheel a tray in between our table and another to get past us and they repeatedly hit our table and the back of my girlfriend’s chair which was really annoying because her seat was in as far as possible and no she isn’t overweight. So my girlfriend and I picked up our own table and moved it about half a foot so it wouldn’t keep happening.
Great food. Came in after Valentine’s Day and it was perfect. The waiters are very knowledgeable in what they are serving and make great recommendations. Our waiter was Richard and he was very helpful and thoughtful. We came in knowing the food was a bit on the pricey side, but it’s well worth it. The ambience was classy and romantic. Would definitely recommend for a special date or occasion.
We loved how the relaxed atmosphere and good service. However, the food was underwhelming. I had to send my filet back as it was very hard to cut and not the temperature I requested. For the amount of money we spent, I wish the quality of food was better.
Great atmosphere and seals that are spot on! Try the bacon appetizer you won’t go wrong. Service was fantastic.
I am a single mom and decided to take my five kids out as my Valentine dinner companions. The server was phenomenal. I feel terrible because I can not remember his name and I didn't keep the receipt but he was AMAZING. The food was fantastic as well. Overall it was a perfect night
The food and wait staff were excellent!
We had a wonderful Valentines dinner at B&B! The food was amazing and the staff was professional and helpful.
Great as usual
One of my favorites. Great spot, great food.
Their standard filet is good, however avoid the A5 Waygu for these reasons:
1. It was marinated in strong herbs (rosemary, etc.) which takes away the flavor of the Wagyu beef. You WANT to taste the beef when you're paying $30/ounce.
2. It's cut too thin (1/8th inch) which doesn't allow it to be seared long enough to give it a nice crust.
3. It's cooked on a heated (500F) salt block which again, doesn't allow a good sear and no crust. At medium-rare, the meat looks and tastes boiled. Wagyu A5 should be cooked either on a high-heat stainless steel grill (like in Japanese steakhouses or under lump charcoal.
Stick with the American cuts of steak and avoid the Japanese Wagyu - stick with the experts (Japanese steakhouses) for those cuts.
Amazing , love the entire experience
I had a great time with my wife and daughter keep up the good work.
Our waiter, Daniel, was fantastic. He did a great job of explaining the different cuts of beef etc.
We go here for most of our celebratory occasions and it's always a fantastic meal. This time I had the Rigatoni alla Vodka, and I would absolutely recommend it. Delicious! And the creamed spinach is the best I've ever had.
Overpriced and overhyped. Many places with much better food, service and overall value.
I'm so disappointed to say that we won't be coming back to this restaurant, and it saddens me. For four people, two family sides, entrees, salads, bottle of wine, 1 drink... bill was around $475. While the shared chateaubriand was good (I did not order it), the prime rib entree was "so-so" and my sliced siroin with mushrooms and hashbrowns was not acceptable due to the very large amounts of fat left on the meat, sliced, and then covered with gravy... 4 out of 6 bites were filled with fat.
Waited 35 minutes for a table after reservation time. Host compted two glasses of wine and desert. Food was delicious. Bacon appetizer was excellent and unique. Table service was attentive. Very busy on a Saturday evening. Noisy groups. Would recommend to friend on night other than weekend.
We had an 8pm reservation but didn’t get seated until 9:30. We went for my wife’s birthday and she had a terrible time.
Beyond the delayed seating, due to a wedding party at the venue, this occasion did not disappoint. Food was delicious, service was excellent and the hostesses were more than apologetic for the wait for the table. Will keep coming back!
We were delayed 45-60 from being seated and we had a reservation. However the manager was very apologetic and went out of his way to make up for the late seating. Food was yum, will be back!
Great valentines dinner. My wife and I had a great time. The steaks were phenomenal and my wife loved her sea bass! Top notch service! Thank you!
Great food and recommendations from the waiter! Definitely try the Butchers Butter if it's available.
