    The hostess sat someone else in our reservation. We know this because she asked us to stand to the side. When the 2nd hostess came to seat us, the first hostess gave our reservation to the couple who came in after us who had no reservation. Once asked about it, she cursed under her breathe and scrambled around to find a place to sit us since the restaurant was booked up. The waiter didn’t introduce himself and when asked to describe one of the meals, he was annoyed and short with his answer. We saw other waiters interacting with their tables. They were told about the specials and some of the neat facts about the restaurant and the favorite recommendations from that waiter. Ours maybe said 10 words all night. In fact, we were struggling to decide on a dessert till one of the guys who pick up the plates highly recommended the cheesecake. He gave us a detailed description of where it came from and how it was never frozen. It was the exact experience we would have liked the whole time. We wish he could have been our waiter. Food was great but due to the lack of experience we’d never go out of our way to come back. With the price range of the meal, we were expecting a similar experience to other restaurants of the same caliber. Instead it could have been the same service from an Olive Garden.

    The food was excellent and the service was fantastic! We enjoyed everything that was served. I loved the sea bass with bok choy on a bed of cous cous and warm chicken broth. Best I ever had anywhere!

    We used to love this place. Maybe lunch is not a great experience. The cocktails were quality, the carpetbagger appetizer was delicious. The steak salad was inedible. Just awful. The service was stretched, stressed and not friendly for the price point.

    We went out for a celebration. We started with a drink at the bar with exceptional service. Once we moved to the table, we ordered a glass of wine 15 minutes later the waitress came back to take our order salad came out quick. Ribeye steak was over cooked and bland. Lobster Mac was fantastic. The waitress said she’ll get the manager regarding the steak. 20 minutes later The manager did address the steak temperature and comped the steak seeing how we only ate 4 bites of it. Still was able to enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, the ambience was great. I wish the service was faster than the fact the restaurant was not busy at all. And the steakhouse had better steak.

    Excellent experience. The execution of the staff and the quality of the brunch experience is unmatched in Fort Worth! The fact that we can plan ahead and make reservations there makes it easier to go as often as we do. I want this restaurant to stay around for the foreseeable future!

    It was good but I’ve had better for less. I am not sure why your prices are so over the top but I can spend half of what it cost us to have a better tasting meal all around. The place itself was nice and pleasant to be at . The staff was wonderful although it took a minute to have someone come to our table.

    This is consistently one of the best restaurants in Fort Worth! Great menu with so many delicious options. The steaks are always amazing and the au gratin potatoes are out of this world! Wait staff is very attentive and knowledgeable.

    My potatoes were cold when they were brought to the table. They brought more but I had already eaten my meal. I had them boxed up. The pork chop was dry. I do not think I will be going back.

    Felt very welcome from the start. Service was friendly and on top of everything from seating with menus, napkins placed in laps, food delivery, refills, everything. Our waiter had a great personality and was knowledgeable about each menu item and answered questions without hesitation and spot on even with recommendations. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, very tender and full of flavor. It was an enjoyable evening. We will definitely be returning.

    Food and service was wonderful. We enjoyed our steaks and our appetizer of crab filled shrimp bacon wrap<--wonderful. Only the price was a shock for what we had, but otherwise can be overlooked from the great service we got from JJ.

    Steak was way over cooked. They offered to replace. But to me that’s too late when others in the party have their food. Especially with the prices. There is also a 3.50% surcharge for paying with a credit card, which I find completely unacceptable. Between the food and charge just to pay, I won’t go back. Much better steak places in Fort Worth.

    My son and I go out for steaks on his birthday, and this visit to B&B will ensure that this place is included in the rotation going forward. We split the Bacon Three ways as an appetizer, and it was amazing. The lamb bacon on German mustard was especially good. He had a 12 oz filet, and loved it. I had the wagyu tartar special, and I regretted not going more upscale. We split creamed spinach and brussels sprouts, and both were delicious. Our server, Kyle, was attentive and informed, and made the whole experience even better. We highly recommend.

    The food was delicious and the atmosphere is very calm. I received a complimentary slice of cake for my birthday. Kyle served us and he was the BEST! He is very attentive, accommodating, and knowledgable. Would highly recommend it.

    The food was really good, the server we had was fairly new, but he was sweet, and got us the answers to the questions he didn't know. However the bartender with dark hair was rude and dismissive to both me and my date. And we almost left before even being seated because of him. Otherwise would've been a 5 star experience.

    Terrible service by Carlos. Over priced. We ordered lobster Mac and cheese for a side. They brought it out with no lobster and tried to insult my intelligence by telling me that it was lobster in it. After explaining again there was no lobster they finally brought out lobster and carelessly poured it on our Mac and cheese. Additionally my steak was undercooked. Our bill was 259 dollars and not worth it. My wife and I will not be back.
