Food was good, but not as good as other steakhouses in town on the same level. Our server, Lauren, was horrible. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before she even came to bring us a menu, even though tables seated after us were pleasantly greeted and ordered appetizers and drinks before us. The table next to us had the same server, but completely different experience. She was very chatty and friendly toward other tables, but not us. Speaking of table, that had to be the second smallest table I’ve had at a restaurant. We were crammed in a shared booth style up against a wall. First time coming here, but unfortunately it will also be the last.
Justin provided most wonderful service...and those helping him were also very good. The food was delicious!
All the wait staff were wonderful. The manager also checked in with us several times. The food was great...overall a really good experience. We will definitely be back!
Only thing was that it was very noisy in the front dining room and at times hard to hear each other for our table of 6. Otherwise everything was great!
Helped us celebrate my daughter's birthday. Food was great and service was excellent.
Food quality and service has diminished significantly
Had the B&B and it was great. Really all the food my family had was great. The thick cut bacon was a total tease, left us ready to eat.
Quality of food (particularly steaks) is hard to beat. Service and ambiance is what you would expect at the price point. The differentiator is really the quality of food. King crab is amazing, steaks are excellent and always cooked perfectly.
Great steaks, good drink and wine selection, appetizers were outstanding (I'm looking at you mac & cheese), and the ambiance is upscale yet laid back. Definitely going into the rotation...
Good experience, great food
Best steaks hands down! Great customer service as well
My husband and I took our daughter and her hubby out for her birthday dinner. The guys had filets, which were perfectly cooked and delicious. I had the pork chop, my daughter had the pasta dish. All of our entrees and the sides , loaded mashed potatoes and Bacon Mac and cheese, were very good. Our server, Lauren, was attentive and provided excellent service. B & B will be our new “special occasion” destination!
Excellent service and food. Will definitely return. Server JJ was awesome.
Always fresh seafood that keeps us coming back. Service is top notch and they routinely give back to the community. What's not to like. ❤✅
Is a great place to go and enjoy good food and great service
As good, maybe even better, than any other 5-star fine dining steak house in the DFW metroplex with a slight more casual and welcoming atmosphere.
The bacon appetizer was delicious. The B&B "Steak" House Salad and the Rueben sandwich were outstanding. This is always a great place to celebrate a special occasion!
Went for my husbands birthday. It took them a while to even come bring us a menu or even acknowledge us at the table. It was an OK experience. I expected more.
Enjoyed our dining experience and will visit again.
The food is outstanding. Everything we had was delicious. A lot of fun for a birthday.
What an amazing experience! This was the last stop on a Clearfork Culinary Tour with a friend. I am so glad we saved the best for last! This was, by far, the best experience we had, from the service to the food, to the fantastic music that was playing. I will definitely be back!
The host was bent in half leaning on the stand when we arrived and never stood to greet us. Another table’s appetizer was delivered to us, which we had also ordered (after them). The au jus on the prime rib was so salty it wasn’t edible. We ordered after dinner drinks and dessert. Dessert was served several minutes before the drinks, but no utensils were provided until the drinks arrived. Our steaks (other than the prime rib) were perfection, the mushrooms were cold in the middle and the creamed spinach was delicious. Our server was kind and knowledgeable.
Wonderful, service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door.
Nice looking restaurant. Most of the staff was very friendly, except for our waiter. He acted as though he was annoyed we were there. Cocktails were tasty. The bacon was great. Mac & cheese was delicious. Had the king crab scampi style. It had way too much lemon. All I could taste. Overall $400 meal for 4. I wouldn’t return.
too expensive for this poor government employee.
Son leaving for college.
My expectations for a high-end steakhouse have officially been raised after dining here recently for the second time. Our group shared a really exceptional meal and a delightful experience from start to finish. Our server JJ was incredibly attentive and had a wonderful sense of humor. He enriched our meal by making excellent wine (Secateurs Rose Swartland) and food suggestions including chef Tommy's bacon (I'm salivating thinking about that truffle honey now....) and helping guide our steak selections. If you have not tried real A5 Kobe, treat yourself on your next visit here. The katsu sando was not only very generously portioned but hands down the most tender and buttery beef I've ever tasted. We also tried the Wellington (my first one as a matter of fact) and the portion of perfectly prepared filet inside was so large I actually couldn't finish it. Stand out sides included the fully loaded mash and the mac and cheese, and I'm only exaggerating slightly if I tell you that the corn souffle changed my life. Don't miss the berry butter cake if you can save room.
All of the food was really excellent at both this visit and our first experience here. We did have a slight hiccup with service during our first dinner, but the general manager made wonderful efforts to ensure our recent meal was flawless - and she succeeded entirely. B&B Butchers will absolutely be our go-to recommendation to anyone looking for the highest quality steaks.
Excellent as always; the waiter was outstanding and very attentive and the food was spot on as usual. My only issue was when I attempted to make a reservation for 10 the hostess said they could not accommodated me for any of the times I requested so I ended up reducing the party to 5. However when I arrived at the restaurant we were seated in an area all to ourselves which could have easily accommodated my additional guests. We were celebrating an engagement and it would have been nice to have the rest of the family together.
Our favorite brunch place. Our only ask, it to add a regular benedict to the menu. the Gorilla bread was different and outstanding and the thick cut back is VERY thick and delicious.
Our first time. Yummy food, great service and fun atmosphere!
steaks were good, but appetizer and veg were not. The amount of money we spent was not worth it!
Fantastic selection of incredible food choices and top notch service.
