Overlooking the beautiful indoor swimming pool at this Riyadh hotel, Azzurro restaurant brings its own perspective to Italian cuisine. The kitchen, led by an Italian chef from Sardinia, draws from seasonal ingredients to create modern dishes that honor the culinary tradition; balsamic pappardelle is served with lamb jus and foie gras, and cannoli is stuffed with homemade pistachio ice cream. Specialty beverages feature fresh fruits and spices.

The food was absolutely amazing. Steak cooked perfectly . Extremely attentive service , really cannot fault this restaurant. 5 star . We will be returning for sure.

Excellent and attentive service, very welcoming. I found the food itself to be very rich. Gnocchi was over-salted, and the panna cotta dessert was over-sweetened. There was also only one other customer in the whole restaurant (I went on a Tuesday evening), which made it a bit boring. The location of the restaurant itself (in the Ritz Carlton hotel) was beautiful, very grand entrance. Quite pretty. This is the second time I've been here. The first time last year was OK, tried it again but was unfortunately not left impressed by the food for the price. But again -- service was exceptional.

The valentine’s ambiance was great but the food was below standard. Not tasty at all. Five courses, nothing was even good. So disappointing! Will never go again.

It was a beautiful experience! We had a birthday lunch and the man I loved was happy and so I was happy .. food was lovely and the place just nice and Mr. Mohammed attended to us very nicely ! They even sang a birthday song for my man and that meant so much to me ! To see him in real smiles was my gift and for that I also thank you Azzurro staff!

We had a very nice dinner for my husband's birthday. The decoration of the restaurant and the hotel are amazing, the staff were very attentive and the food was delicious.
