Azure Brunch presents a menu of seasonally inspired, health-conscious dishes, thoughtfully crafted from locally sourced ingredients and vibrant West Coast produce. Begin with our nostalgic yet elevated Cinnamon Toast Crunch, warm cinnamon bread topped with mango compote, toasted almond brittle, and a generous pour of Vermont maple syrup. For something decadent, the Lobster Benedict layers Maine lobster and organic eggs on an artisanal English muffin, finished with sauce Charon and a crisp arugula salad. Craving something savory?
