    It was beautiful dining candlelight by the pool. Heaters on, it was the perfect temp. Staff was so attentive and food was fabulous. One of my favorite spots to dine in Palm Sorings

    It didn't sit well with me that I was not given an itemized receipt. They were out of a couple of options. The meal was extremely salty. We couldn't understand why there were no Mexican dishes on the dinner menu. That's why we came. I would return/recommend more for the ambiance than the food.

    This was my first time eating there but I had been there several times for drinks. This is a great place to grab a couple drinks before going out to dinner. Great vibe, nice views and a coolupstairs fireplace. However, for dinner, this place is just average at best. Very average Ceasar salad. I can make better at home. The steak was tasty but very small. I know the price of everything has gone up but (And I hate to say it) not good value for the money

    Disappointing. We were there last week and had a fabulous dinner, great service in that wonderful location. So we decided to take visiting friends to dinner there last night and everything but the ambiance fell short! Waiter repeatedly forgot about us, drinks didn't appear until we reminded him, appetizers had to be ordered twice, and an entree arrived incomplete. I ordered the same $48 Sea Bass I has last week which was great then, but undercooked this time and presented with overcooked veg. Everyone at our table were unimpressed by their dinners. I know everyone has a bad night once and a while but this really disappointed us.

    Our first time. Very good experience. Enthusiastic staff, some of them brand new. Good selection of tequilas and great recommendations from staff. We are looking forward to making this a regular dinner or even brunch spot from here on.

    Service was excellent. They need more heat lamps! 7pm on the rooftop is chilly. No blankets left for guests. The sea bass was amazing. Surf and turf was delicious. Our friend said his NY steak was average. The blood orange margs were great, as usual.

    Cool setting in a small hotel lobby. The decor/design of the bar and restaurant is nice. When he finally checked on us, we felt rushed by the server who seemed impatient and not engaging. The food was very good and the servings generous. We each had a great salad and split the pasta. We go out for the experience and service, it needs to be better here.

    We wanted to sit in the upstairs bar area for dinner but it was closed for meals because it was too cold. Sad…It was my wife’s birthday and when I made the reservation, they asked if it was a special occasion and I mentioned it was a birthday celebration. They never asked about it or even mentioned the birthday which was disappointing. I enjoyed the ahi tuna dish and my wife had the tenderloin and she enjoyed it but it was really not medium as she had asked for-pretty rare. Will try it again for brunch.

    I had probably one of the worst restaurant experiences ever. It took over 1.5 to get chips and guac. We politely asked the server and manager and they both said they were understaffed and "really busy" with other parties. Meanwhile the restaurant was virtually empty. The manager ended up apologizing and offering to comp the entire meal, however, after more than 2 hours, a sandwich and sliders never came. Our party just walked out and left because this was simply unacceptable. If the restaurant was under staffed, they should not have taken reservations and wasted peoples time. If I could give a negative star, I would.

    after an hour of waiting for our order, brunch, we asked the status and were told they hadn't even started cooking it! WHAT???? Made our reservation for 12:30pm, since our play was at 2:00pm one block over. Left at 1:45pm to head to play. They comped us an order of chips and guac which we all scarfed down a few bites, then headed out ps were celebrating 2 b.days to top it off...bummer

    Made a reservation here for our anniversary and the experience was bizarre. We were seated promptly and things seemed to be going good. Then service just stopped and we were never served our meals. We then had to leave as we had a flight and they brought us our bill and took care of one beer. Brutal customer service...so much potential. Fail

    Such a beautiful tranquil setting on the upper patio last night. Our server was so friendly and chatted with us after our delicious meal. This was our second time eating there and we highly recommended it.

    The whole experience at Azucar is very pleasant. The weather was beautiful, the full moon lit up the sky, the Caesar salad was flavorful and well presented, the chef’s pasta was soooo tasty, and the desert was not overwhelming sweet but a nice finish to the meal. The service was attentive but not clingy. Loved it!!!

    The cocktails are DEVINE and the food is really yummy. We had the Yucca fries, chips + guac + salsa to start with Mezalomas, YUM! Dinner entrees were eye candy and delicious. The celebratory deserts are super fun too! Highly recommend. Might even stay at the boutique hotel next time, it’s super cute.

    We ate here for my 50th Birthday celebration and have eaten here before. It always impresses us thats why we return. The venue is beautiful and so relaxing. I would definitely recommend it. The food was delicious especially the cauliflower and fish tacos.Date salad amazing! All was great. The Staff were all very friendly, warm and efficient. Thank you

    I’d been to Azucar before and loved it. We brought out of town guests last night, and by the time the night was over, I was very embarrassed. Our guests ordered “king salmon,” which was clearly Atlantic salmon. We ordered previously delicious dungeness stuffed poblanos. One was inedible, one was sub par. The service was pretty ridiculous. Drinks kept being placed in front if the wrong diner, and, before our dinner came, we were asked if we were ready for dessert. I will say that the guac starter was delicious. Otherwise, nope.
