A cozy addition to New York City's Theater District, showcasing the unique cuisine. Azalea's menu is unique for Italian restaurants. Simple and modern, each bite encompasses vivid flavors and traditions of the Brescia and Amalfi Coast regions.
The menu offers selections combining the rich, creamy sauces and hearty meats of Brescia with the fresh seafood and the delicate fruits and vegetables of Amalfi. Once inside, an 18-foot, gently curving mahogany ceiling serves as the blossom connecting the fine woodcarving of the front and side dining rooms and bar area. Georgia O'Keeffe's flower series surrounds guests as they choose from Azalea's distinctive menu and extensive wine list.

Ate here before seeing a show on a Sunday evening. Service was outstanding - manager came to our table several times and helped server out. Food was good - we ordered the spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, and rigatoni (sub linguine). Bread was crusty and delicious, served with some of the bolognese sauce. Overall, a good dinner and we made it to our show on-time! Thank you Azalea!

Great location for theater goers. Inside and outside dining and they pay attention to your theater schedule which is great. Italian menu is diverse with many choices......

Yelp advertised a happy hour that the restaurant did not have. The restaurant was small, but close to the theater which was convenient. Prices seemed a bit higher than some surrounding restaurants we visited.

They were out of everything we wanted. No chianti, no ravioli, no steak, no one in the restaurant. Would not recommend.

Service was spotty with waiter being "over the top" trying too hard to being strangely obtuse! Food was good and nice portions. Cocktails were "meh". With so many restaurants in the area I would not return.
