   I was expecting the food to be better. The service from the two guys that attended us was amazing, unfortunately the food was not at the same level ( we had risotto and see food pasta)

   This was our second time at Azalea as we loved our first experience there. The food is so good. We shared the special burata appetizer (omg!) and the grilled callamari, which was tender and seasoned perfectly with veggies. The entrees were the branzino, spaghetti primavera, and the gnocchi with chicken. Conversation stopped for a bit as we reveled in the deliciousness. Azalea is perfect for pre-theater dining as well as any time they are open. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   My husband had the spaghetti bolognese and I had the seafood papardelle with a burrata starter. Food was great and portion sizes perfect. Lovely, friendly, efficient staff. Prices were as expected, not cheap but reasonable given the above. Great job!

   Service was exceptional and the spaghetti bolognese was outstanding. Nice theatre district venue. We’ll be back!

   We had reservations for two at 5:00. The food was delicious but unfortunately after being sat for an hour and having finished our appetizer for over 20 minutes, I realized that 3 tables which were seated well after our party had been served their main courses. It was interesting because as soon as I realized the time and the other people having been served, I let our server know we had been waiting a while and our food came out. We weren’t asked if we wanted to order more drinks which was disappointing as well. I think I would try it again, as everyone was very pleasant it was just a bit unfortunate as our service was slower than ideal.

   Our meal was delicious. Gluten free options helped our table and also vegetarian options as well were tasty. Serving sizes were large but uncomfortable. The service was thorough and servers were kind.

    A very convenient location around the corner from the theatre. Very tight seating and very loud because it was full, but very friendly servers and delicious food make it a place that is a good go-to in the area. Not a “must do” or someplace I would keep going back to, but a good one to keep in the back pocket. The two most popular desserts were not available “because they had a really busy weekend” but it was Tuesday? 🤷‍♀️ Their restroom is on the same floor, so for those who can’t navigate the usual NYC basement bathrooms, it is another positive to add.
