   The restaurant was closed !! Not sure why they are still allowing reservations to be made on Open Table. We went to a nice Italian restaurant a couple of doors down that was fantastic.

   Closed for dining despite having a reservation. We were turned away as they were only open for take out.

   I have written a review for an open table restaurant as most of the restaurants are great. However I was very surprised with this restaurant. I had booked this restaurant to take colleagues out for a business meal. The reservation was made 1week in advance. When I reached the restaurant, there was no one available to seat us or tell us if our table is ready. Furthermore, our table was not ready. I had called in advanced and confirmed the reservation and they had stated that they were expecting us. For a restaurant of this caliber and reading the reviews I truly was expecting more. I was told by the waiter as well as the chef that they were no longer honoring the reservation because he did not feel like it. I did state that they would be losing a large amount of business and the chef said that he would be ok with it. Fairly rude!! I requested to speak to the manager and owner and the refused. Service for the night was slow and while the food is good the service and overall attitude towards customers is poor. I understand that this a chain of restaurants but this is not a first time occurrence. Please take your business elsewhere - I was extremely embarrassed and have dined at multiple good restaurants. Service is extremely poor and I have never been this embarrassed

   Nice restaurant, but the service was not as good as we hoped for. There were only 3 servers for the entire restaurant, and thus they were not attentive to our table. In addition, the chef forgot to put salt in our lamb dish, which significantly impacted the taste.

   We went with the word 'Fine' with dining. A small average Indian restaurant with an average decor/ambience. Food was not bad but since travelling from New Jersey guess our expectations were very high with this place. Service was slow because there was one person waiting on everyone & one helper. The website they have is very fancy & really looked high-end but that was misleading I guess.

   The restaurant was quiet , but we received great service and food was amazing . Lots of flavor , we tried goat korma , and chicken mago curry both cook perfectly , with hint of spiciness. Mushrooms naan was fresh and delicious

   Open-table needs to make sure the restaurant is open before making reservations. We made a reservation a day prior and when we arrived the restaurant was closed. This has happened twice now with our reservations from open table. Really disappointed.

   The Restaurant in Midtown Miami was closed despite my receiving texts reminding me of my reservation. When we called the phone we were told it was unable to receive messages. We ate Japanese food for dinner

    We made reservations to dine for my nephew’s 18th birthday. I had the entire family drive 50 mins to come find the door locked. We called the restaurant and the voicemail was full. We still don’t know how we can make a reservation on opentable and the door being locked.
