   Nice view from the rooftop bar... The restaurant is very nicely setup. Just a bit limited on the entree's. My thoughts are this is more ideal for dinks and small plate / appetizer type spot. Overall nice location and a bit pricey, but that is to be expected in this area of Napa

   Inside the restaurant was aesthetically pleasing, the food was even better - oysters, sweet bread and butter was great and the short ribs and sea bass, AMAZING along with the service and drinks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! A little pricey, but worth it in my mind.

   Amazing food and great cocktails. The tasting menu is very affordable with large portions and when ordered from the entire table, the chef offers different options for each of the guests. This allows for the broadest sampling of the restaurant’s menu.

   Such a great experience. We loved every bit of our time here. The food was great and the service was wonderful. My wife and I visited Napa, and both chose the Chef's Choice. We were given 5 different dishes each, and got to try each others. This was such a beautiful venue. We definitely recommend it and will be coming whenever we go to Napa.

    We had an amazing meal! We sat on the 2nd floor in a window seat - great river view - and experienced the Chef’s Tasting Menu (which means we basically ate everything on the menu) along with the wine pairing. We let them know in advance we had tickets to a show and needed to be done by 7:30pm - very accommodating and we were finished on time. Every single thing we ate was delicious and the wines accompanied each dish perfectly. Excellent service - we will definitely go back again.

    Really can't find fault with Avow. The ambience is great. I had the rabbit agnelotti and it was incredible. Then I shared the mille fieulle with my husband. It was as light as a feather and absolutely delicious. I felt that Avow offered good value for money and I would definitely go again.

    Food and service were very good! However, here’s my petty comment! There were only 4 tables busy the night we were there- 2 twos, 1 three and one 4. The chef came out to speak to the tables and somehow missed us! We were right in the middle! When there are so few diners, I’d like to think the chef would make sure to speak to everyone!

    We went for cocktails and because the service and drinks were lovely, we returned the following evening for the Chef tasting. Chef Madi brings out each dish and tells you all about it. She is genuine and takes pride in each dish. The food and overall experience was amazing! We will be back!

    It was a perfect place to catch up with my girls! We got rooftop seating, the building is small but they have coordinated the spacing in the most amazing contemporary way that gives the place a very fun vibe. Our server was amazing, JP, I think his name was. A great smile, attentive and bright personality made our experience that much better. I'll be back and I'll be recommending Avow to my customers at my winery as well!

    This place is so good I came here awhile back and had to come back for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! We started off with the crab wontons (which is why we came back) then did some share plates the pork belly, green garlic chimichurri shrimp, beef bolognese(special), and ended with dessert milk and cookies (I could of ate those cookies until I was sick) and the milk was so cold and crisp. Service was great the server was very knowledgeable and the chef even came out to check on our experience. Will definitely be back next time we visit Napa! We were so into the food we forgot to take pics!

    Chef Dan and Chef Maddie are putting together creative and well-balanced flavors at Avow. We tried the Sweet Scallop Tataki, Woodfire Octopus, and Cherrywood Smoked Duck Breast. Every bite delighted us with a perfect combination of sweet, savory, sour, spicy, and earthiness. Our meal finished off with a blood orange tart on a pistachio crust. They have a comprehensive whisky selection and good cocktails–must try the Black Walnut Manhattan. And shoutout to our server JP who made our anniversary dinner enjoyable with his great service and attitude. We will definitely be back!

    Great food! We were sat upstairs and it was a bit loud. Did not like that we were surrounded by 3 tvs considering the cost of the dinner. Would of preferred to sit downstairs on the 1st floor, which had a more chill atmosphere and no tvs. It was our first time here, if we would if known I would of requested to be sat on the first floor. Highly recommend the short ribs as well as the crispy pork belly!

    The tasting menu was superior to most meals we have had in Napa. Highly recommended. Avow might be our favorite restaurant, and as Napa locals, that's high praise as we have visited a number of them. Can't wait to return.

    Best meal I’ve had in a long time!!! I started with a cocktail, “keep your gin up”. Very well balanced. We had the caviar French fries. The fry itself was perfect. Add the yummy sauce and caviar to it and yum. I ended using my finger to get the last of the sauce out of the bowl. The Dungeness crab wonton. Crunchy, savory goodness. We each had the short ribs. Perfectly cooked and very flavorful. It was placed on creamy polenta and served with crispy Brussels spouts. Everything was perfectly seasoned. For dessert we had the chocolate chiffon cake. It was very good. The ambiance was warm and cozy, the music was old funk(yay) and the chairs were very comfortable. Overall a great experience. I’ll definitely be back

    We had the absolute most amazing time last night celebrating two birthdays. Parking: There is a parking lot on 2nd street which is roughly a block away. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and taken to our seat. Upon entry it is beautifully decorated we were seated on the 2nd floor with a nice view of outside. Our server Marcus was great, he gave us good food choices. For starters, we ordered shrimp, brussel sprouts, braised pork and Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious but the brussel sprouts stood out to me. The chef brought us over a sample of I believe risotto balls. Astounding. We went up to the 3rd floor to the roof top while we waited on our entrees. The chef sent a server up to get us when our food was ready. Which I thought was excellent service. We ordered Scallops, duck, lobster pasta and braised rib. Not a single complaint all of the food was flavorful. The chef invited us in the kitchen for a photo. I highly recommend this place and I will be back.
