   ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! From the minute we got to the door the service was atrocious! The girl on the door has a chip on her shoulder speaking to us terribly! We booked an outdoor table and were places upstairs inside with the very loud music. We asked to move and were told there wasnt any space?? We ordered 2 bottles of prosecco and 5 glasses. We received the bottles and 2 glasses and the waiter walked away? After trying to catch someone to solve the situation we got up and left without even breaking the seal on the prosecco. We WILL NOT be returning! Hard Rock Cafe was happy to have us with actual customer service skills!

   We ordered a bottle of wine from the menu it was served to us warm and a totally different wine and the bottle label was peeling off. When I asked about this it was taken away and brought back with the excuse it is the same wine but a different brand as it was out of stock but it was a totally different wine I was then told it was similar. This was very disappointing as it was clearly trying to be passed off and the charge was the same £23.95 for a Tempranillo when we ordered a white Zinfandel

   Didn’t eat just went for drinks, staff were lovely and very accommodating. Service charge on drinks which I may have missed in the small print. Lovely outdoor area. Would go back, may try food next time

   Overall an below average experience. We paid £40 per head for brunch - £240 in total booked for outside seating and we were sat indoors on arrival. After much deliberating over our outdoor booking we were sat outdoors like we originally paid for. Mainly because the staff member doing seating was more scared of getting a complaint than offering it through service. It took 45 minutes to get a round of drinks, however we were eventually seen to by a couple of other servers who were very nice and helpful. Food was very good. I've got to say I'm very disappointed in my experience at Aveika, considering we were so excited to have out first girls night out in 18 months! My friends and my partner and I have spent hundreds if not thousands of pounds over the years going to Aveika. I will not be going back unfortunately.

   Usually love Aveika’s bottomless brunch however we were really disappointed yesterday for the first time. We were sat in the bar/club area on a tiny table with 5 of us on. 1 platter of food between 4 people and a few glasses of Prosecco for £40 is really appalling and certainly not value for money. Food was dry and no sauces like there usually is. Won’t be returning for the bottomless brunch again.

   I booked this venue for 90 minutes as part of a 40th celebration. In arrival we were ‘pointed’ towards a table and not given a table number. The online ordering did not work. It took 25 minutes for someone to bring a menu and a further 20 minutes to order and receive a drink. I asked several staff for a menu during that time, to no avail. The smell was what I could only describe as ‘eggy’, I presume coming from blocked drains. Second round of drinks was ordered and we didn’t actually receive these drinks due to the fact we had to leave the table and therefore had to request a refund for the drinks. I asked if we could perhaps keep the table longer due to the fact we waited so long. Again nobody came back to confirm if this was possible. Compared to other bars in the area we booked, the service was terrible. In other bars the birthday celebration was recognised and even a free shot/drink provided. Although I realise this is not mandatory, it is however a nice touch. However on this occasion I would have simply been happy to receive better service. I would recommend more staff and training in customer service.

   Had table booked for 7 (only an hour and a half slot) Didn’t get any service till 7.40 then took another 25 minutes to get our drink. Other people who had come in after us had service before us. We then Had 20 minutes to drink our drink then had to give up our table

    Atmosphere only really appropriate on a night out as a proper 'nightclub experience' doesnt have the right vibe for during the day, inside at least and was too noisy inside. Staff couldve been alot more friendly/helpful. we only had an hour and a half reservation and it took 25 minutes of that time for someone to even come and take our orders, despite us asking three separate people that we would like to order our drinks. theres no app despite this having been the way bars and restaurants work now for almost a year, so we spent ages waiting around. couldnt order more than one drink each to save waiting again, as they were understaffed and couldnt keep up with the demand throught the bar. i know its a different experience for hospitality but its just as different for customers too. Weve all been in the same boat, so a little bit more tolerance and understanding wouldnt go a miss.
