   This restaurant continues to be one of the best if not the best restaurant in West Linn. The service is always excellent even when they are busy. The atmosphere is really pleasant and casually elegant. We wholeheartedly applaud them for NOT having tv screens or screens of any kind which definitely keeps them a notch above every other eatery in town. The cocktails are good although could definitely have a couple more whiskey/bourbon/rye/scotch options. My one complaint is, while the food is always delicious, it would be nice to see a little more seasonality to the food and drink menus. Even if they just changed one item in each category (appetizer, salad, vegetarian, meat, dessert) each month, that would help keep the menu fresh and interesting. Also PLEASE have a dessert option that isn't cheesecake, cream pie, or chocolate. They used to have a frangipane torte that was fabulous. It would be nice if they had one more European option like panna cotta, a non-chocolate torte, or a custard. That said, this remains a truly excellent restaurant and definitely the best in West Linn.

   Best place to meet friends after work or even a special date night. We had the smoked salmon ravioli (special) and it so deserves to be on the regular menu. Fresh homemade pasta and the cream sauce was so decedent and delicious! Best restaurant in the Portland Metro area!

   We had a great evening. Our servers could not have been better. They were attentive, but not a pest. The food was perfection. Thanks for such an enjoyable time!

   The restaurant is very nice, including ambience and service. The calamari appetizer was delicious. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food but I thought mine was disappointing. The halibut was overcooked to the point of being hard and dry. It was served over a couple of small pieces of fingerling potatoes which did not pair well with the fish. It was also under-seasoned and our server never followed up after bringing out the dishes to see if everything was okay. Mine wasn't a terrible meal but it was not great either....again, everyone else enjoyed their lamb and short-ribs. Overall, I'd go back but definitely try something different.

   Always consistently excellent food, service, and a restaurant to keep on top of your list of favorites to visit on a regular basis. The owners are there nearly every night ensuring the best experience possible!

    Food was great! Love the crab cakes appetizer, prawn pasta and salmon entre. Service was much slower than usual. Our server took about 10 minutes to acknowledge our presence and part of the order was incorrect (although server quickly corrected.) When making the reservation I indicated it was our wedding anniversary but not sure why the information was needed, as there was no mention. It was our 2nd visit to the restaurant, and because the 1st visit was such a great experience we returned. On this occasion, it was a very busy evening in the restaurant so that probably attributed to our slow service. We like the restaurant, so will give it another try.
