Home Made Bronze Dyed Pasta

Our pasta is home made using Semola (Durum Wheat) Free Range Eggs and Water. The pasta is extruded through a bronze dye which is the old authentic process and gives a rough surface texture to the pasta. This texture allows the pasta to hold a sauce better, a property that has been lost in the industrial pasta production
