   I recently dined at AVA in Winter Park and have mixed feelings about the experience. The food was absolutely fantastic—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We experienced long waits between interactions with our server, and at times it felt like we were completely forgotten. Getting refills or even placing additional orders took much longer than expected. It really affected the overall flow of the evening. I would return for the food, but I sincerely hope they improve the speed and attentiveness of their service. A place with such great cuisine deserves a front-of-house team to match.

   The atmosphere is just lovely. The beautiful bougainvillea throughout add such great color. The seating invites you to sit and relax. We did not feel rushed and our waiter was helpful and professional. The food was excellent. I had the Greek omelet which was moist and flavorful with a variety of mushrooms in it. My husband had the grilled octopus which was tasty and tender. Great experience!

   Place was really pretty, great music, and food 10/10. Víctor was amazing! He had us try the best menu items. He’s golden Ava!

   The ambiance and service were amazing. The food and wine were delicious but food portions were small. Overall five stars.

   Everything about our night here was perfect. The food was incredible — you can tell they put a lot of care into every dish. The cocktails were amazing too, super well balanced and honestly some of the best we’ve had in a while. Huge shoutout to our server, Kalia — she was so friendly, on top of everything, and made us feel really taken care of. Can’t wait to come back!
