   This restaurant would not honor my $50 OpenTable gift certificate though it stated it would prior to arrival. The server said that the restaurant had issues with OpenTable certificates and that it cannot be honored after talking with his manager (who refused to speak with us directly). I told them that we might lose the certificate due to expiration but the server didn’t really care. Horrible treatment and my choice of dining would have changed if I knew this in advance. Also: 1) Fish I ordered was no longer available 2) Food took forever to come out, which forced us to be rushed with dessert as waiter was pressuring us to leave. 3) No manager visit at all Ambiance is great and beautiful decor. Food is good but hit and miss on a few items. Price is ridiculous ($350 for 2 people) and customer service was poor.

   Loud! My wife and I were there for an anniversary celebration and found the music volume in the main dining room to be so loud that everyone around us was talking loudly to be heard, which only increased the racket. We asked if there was a quieter table and were moved to the front bar area. The redeeming qualities were the attentive service and excellent food. We shared the 1/2 rack of lamb (4 chops total), salt-crusted fish (flamed and served at the table) and a ratatouille veggie dish.

    Nice restaurant, service was good , seating was as expected. Food was pretty typical , at least what we ordered. I was recommended the ribeye, not impressed. The meat was definitely tender however no real taste , very bland. The lamb chops were good , however again not especially great. So overall a good experience but no “wow”factor.

    Having dinner at AVA was such a wonderful experience. The ambience was the perfect to celebrate my sisters 42nd birthday. The food was delicious, very savory and the cocktails were unique but delightful. We ordered multiple things on the menu we could all share and try a little bit of everything. I will be coming back for dinner with my husband.

    Food was not bad, but not excellent either. Tables are very close together so we did not have any privacy. Service was the best part of the experience. Bill was $230 for two people. Only one of us had one drink. So overall, for the price, it was very average. Will not go back again.

    It was for an anniversary. But nothing was done for it. Or did was cold when it came out. Took over 45 just get the two drinks ordered and we requested a bottle of wine but after dinner that they came out to note it was not in stock. They are super fast to clear your dishes once finish your last bite but very slow in delivery of food or drinks.

    Good food. The place is too noisy. Expensive as hell. Long wait for drinks as the bar is horrible. 390 dollars for two people. A fish is 75 dollars. I do not know. Really mixed feelings as the place is Nice but the arrogance of the staff and Mgmt.. is off putting. The noise is overwhelming. If I am gonna spend 200 dollars a person for dinner, i expect to be treated like royalty. Far from it. Never going back.

    Incredible ambiance, service, food, and experience! We booked a table for my fiance's birthday and absolutely loved it - we will be back. The atmosphere is intimate and feels like you have been transported to Greece. There is a lot of attention to detail in their branding and style with the menus, the salt, and even the ice. The food we ordered was well portioned and fairly priced. Looking forward to a return visit to try more of the menu.

    We went to AVA for their Sunday brunch, we had heard really great things from when they first opened but it seemed like things aren’t quite as great as they were. The spread of brunch stations/options was a standout but we spent a lot of time waiting for empty food stations to be replenished, some undercooked fish and questionable shrimp/oysters on the raw bar as well. Service was just ok, had to ask every time someone at the table wanted their bottomless champagne to be refilled and there just wasn’t a lot of attention paid to anything unless requested. Possibly due to a guaranteed gratuity, just wish it had been a more service oriented experience.

    Beautiful decor and bar. Location is awesome. Service and hospitality poor. Hostess seemed too busy and bothered to welcome us. Food quality poor and very expensive. Our appetizer- spanakopita- three tiny greasy doughs were served buried in large river rock. When our main dish came out we had to request silverware. We sent our lobster back because it was rubbery and overcooked- we were charged double- had to remind our server that we sent one lobster back. The menu boasts about the preparation of a seafood orzo with octopus, clams, etc….. the actual dish had an abundance of orzo but a scarcity of seafood. The food quality did not match the restaurant’s pretentious atmosphere, authenticity lacking.
