This is by far the ultimate mexican culinary experience. Our Sommelier has chosen 4 premium labels from different wine regions in Mexico and our culinary team has created traditional dishes from those specific wine regions that pairs with each wine. Not only you will discover premium mexican wines, but also regional dishes from our beautiful Mexico. This is not a common Wine Tasting, but it's a Wine Tour Around Mexico and also a Food Tour Around Mexico with a high degree of difficulty.

Autor was an exceptional experience at the Conrad Tulum. We chose the ten course tasting menu which gave us a glimpse into Mayan cuisine. Demetrio was our guide for the evening and he provided us with background on the ingredients and the making of each dish. If you are a foodie and you coordinate your vacations around where you will dine, this is the place to spend a beautiful evening dining at Autor.

Celebrated my wife’s birthday here and the experience was that highlight of our vacation. Service was amazing from start to finish. I really never rate but this was a 5 star experience, a little pricey but while worth it. We did the what I will call the chefs tour of food and and they knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend it.

Great experience. I would recommend going here to try their dishes at least once. Good wine selection as well. The thing that stands out in this place is the service from start to end. They provide consistent attention and the people were super nice where you feel very home and welcomed.

The staff at AUTOR were absolutely amazing! We did the tasting menu the first night and enjoyed the dinner so much we made reservations the next night again! I highly recommend doing their tasting menus. You will not be disappointed!!

The food was delicious but very small portions for the cost. The Blue fin tuna was by far the best appetizer on the menu. The presentations of each dish were stunning and the service of the staff was top tier however the amount of food and the simplicity of the main dishes definitely not warrant the extremely high prices.

We couldn’t understand our server and he wouldn’t take no for drinks. We didn’t want to drink but he insisted and brought us something even though he charged us for them. But we had said no drinks. Too pressure-y for me.

Manuel was excellent! I was a little chilly and he brought me a wrap. The scallops were incredible and the pumpkin dessert was so delicious. My fiance and I don’t drink and Manuel had non alcoholic drinks made for us. I’ve never felt so taken care of at a restaurant. 10/10. My fiance is vegetarian and he had less options he rated it 8/10. Thank you Manuel!

Rude guards at the resort gate: if you’re not staying there, bring your reservation w/ confirmation number and ID - way too cold in dining room, better outside - friendly but amateurish staff - 30 minute wait for appetizers, forgotten drink order - comped us desert for the problems, which I’m guessing aren’t rare - nice but not special setting - ridiculously priced wine list - but outstanding food, nicely presented
