   We usually sit at the bar during HH. However, this was our 8 week old granddaughter's first restaurant trip, so we sat outside on your patio with her parents and enjoyed the nice early summer weather. Great servers, but missed your bartenders too!

   Did not have the ribs which I wanted and had to send back the pork tenderloin. They made it right. Great service, just a bit disappointing since it was for my birthday. Will go back. Food is good and since I am also a great cook, I know that things happen. They were attentive, and the second one was perfect!!!

   Our server was average at best, which is unusual for Austin’s. The service is usually spot on. Everything else was fine. Noise was little high, but understandable given that it was Mother’s Day.

   Disappointed in food. Average quality. Luke warm. Wilted lettuce in salads with watered down salad dressing. Kids food was prepared from a box mix. Service and noise level was ok - early afternoon reservation.

   I use to like Austins now I am tried of it. The menu never seems to change . The service was good. The Salads must be pre made as they are served on very cold plates and the greens, veggies, and chicken are ice cold. It is not very enjoyable. Also, the amount of wine served in a glass appears to be getting smaller.

    What a pleasant experience. We were seated right away, drinks and our appetizer came out super fast and our meal was delicious, served spot on and in a timely manner. We were greeted by the manager and asked if were pleased with everything. Will be returning, for sure!

    The food didn't take very long to arrive and every person was very nice, the only complaint I have is the food itself. My boyfriend and I got steak, and it arrived with toppings that weren't listed on the menu, so we had to send them back. When it came back, it tasted sour and rancid. It looked like it was boiled as well. We also got artichoke dip and it wasn't great, didn't have much flavor, and was pricey for the small amount. The chips were also bland and cardboard-like. Though the manager was really cool, he gave us a refund on both steaks. We also tried the ribs to replace the steak, those ribs were really good, with a tasty sauce, and fell off the bone. Maybe we chose the wrong items at first haha.

    We were expecting a great Valentine Dinner and got a lunch, a waitress that was not on top of things. We went early as that is all they had for reservations and nothing was said before that they did not offer dinner till later.

    Four of us dined at Austin's for dinner recently, and we had a lot of fun. We had the Chicken gumbo special and thought the dish was fine. The cook initially forgot to add the shrimp and sausage on our gumbo, but the manager personally came to our table to deliver the missing shrimp and sausage. Everything else was fine, and we would come back again.

    Love the atmosphere and ambiance. Food was fantastic and came very quickly after ordering. Happy Hour is well worth the price, food and drink, as well as some of the items off the dinner menu.

    Exceptional service from our server. Mgr came by to make sure everything was good. GF options great for my celiac wife. Hamburger bun was best she has had. My quarter chicken was a little dry but still tasty. Hot artichoke dip was very good.
