   This restaurant doesn't exist. You must confirm the restaurants available that you have on your website because it is very disappointing when I arrived at the place and it looks like abandoned, closed and also with other name different. This is not good and you are not providing good service. I never use again your service.

   The restaurant confirmed a table via open table and when we went there at that time it was closed. Felt so bad

   I have to say the whole experience was not enjoyable. Sunday afternoon and not the kind of service I expected. Decent lunch menu but service was atrocious. Waited with the menu infront of us for 25 mins and had to ask someone to come over and take order. During these 25 mins 3 staff walked past and could be seen engaged in conversation with the chef rather than look after the people who are looking around to get someone's attention. Order was taken and within 2 mins food arrived to the table. I really don't mind quick service as some chefs got prep ready but quality needs to match but this was not the case. Ordered chicken dippers and this came cold so clearly pre-made and just heated under the lamp. Again took another 25 mins for the starter plates to be cleared and again staff could be seen interested in chatting away than looking after the customers (mean time it can be seen that other people are looking to around peoples attention as well). Mains came out as soon as starters were cleared and again stone cold chicken burger and warm bun. At this point only thing we wanted to do was leave as the whole experience was not great. Clearly no one in charge, staff left to do what they want to do and very poor customer service. It would be nice if the staff and chef cared and respected the people and food, got a decent menu but not what comes with it.

   Great place to go for some quick food, but when I arrived they had no information on my booking and had never heard of Open Table. I got lucky that a table was coming free when I arrived, but it could potentially have ruined the evening (the people in 2 minutes after me had to wait 45 minutes for a table). Good beer, good food and a relaxed atmosphere. I don't know how they ended up on this website, and neither do they by all accounts. Someone needs to address that.

   Someone should tell the staff that they're on open table, we arrived and they had no record of our booking and were unaware that they were even on here. They let us in anyway so no problem. Massive menu full of good stuff. Wings were good, hot sauce was great. Very nice burger too. Will definitely be back.
