   Well, mixed feeling about the food appetizer was good but Biryani was plain basic , no flavors at all . Service is awesome though and feels like - fast food , come , eat and leave :)

   Eclectic and delicious Indian cuisine. Perfect portions which went very well with their naan as an accompaniment. Very nice choice of wines as well.

   We recently dined at Aurum and while the experience had its ups and downs, I appreciate their approach to customer feedback. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was excellent from the moment we walked in. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to ensure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the food itself was overly salty, making it difficult to fully enjoy the flavors of the dishes. When I brought this up to the manager, they handled it with grace and professionalism. Rather than being defensive, they sincerely listened to my concerns, acknowledged the issue, and assured me they would address it with the kitchen. It’s refreshing to see a restaurant that values guest feedback and strives to improve. Overall, while the food wasn't perfect this time, the great service and positive response from management make me willing to give them another chance in the future. Hopefully, next time the seasoning will be a little more balanced!

    It was a really good experience overall!! The service was pleasant and thoughtful, we didn’t feel rushed. I’m always weary about fusion Indian food but they got it right. Everything we ordered was delicious. And we had mentioned on the reservation that it was our anniversary and they surprised us with a dessert with a candle, I was happy they made note of that. Kudos to the restaurant!! We will definitely recommend to all our friends and be back again…
