   We loved the Easter buffet experience at Aurora! The amount of options was incredible from cheeses, salads, egg station and breakfast meats, pastas, vegetables, fruits, rolls, pastries, desserts and a salt bar. The food all tasted great. The service was exceptional. Loved the mimosa at check in and bottomless mimosas through out. The atmosphere as a little wedding banquet but was pretty and very spring-y! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

   Fantastic Easter Buffet at The Aurora Restaurant! We were visiting our UCF graduate, son, for Easter. We stayed at The Celeste Hotel. They were offering an Easter Buffet. It was OUTSTANDING. They had anything and everything you could possibly want to eat. All of the items were high quality and plentiful. Breads, cheeses, salads, prime rib, ham, turkey, salmon, ahi tuna, pastas, seafood, breakfast items, and a huge selection of dessert items, including a chocolate fountain and ice cream bar. Free mimosas were included, if you drink. The chef and his team of assistants made themselves proud. We hear that the Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas buffets are really special too. Our check out breakfast was also very good. The wait staff are all super friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome and special. Do not hesitate to eat here.

   There was a huge selection of food ! Service was great ! Everything tasted great and we will be back again!

   Another wonderful Easter experience at the Aurora. I would go back there every time for their buffet. It’s just an experience that is so worth it.

   The food was delicious! And the dessert area awesome! I felt like a kid in a candy store! Outstanding holiday buffet! I’m sure the Mother’s Day Brunch will be just as good.

   Went for the Easter Brunch. Wow!!! So much food and it was all presented so beautifully! The dessert part of the buffet was enormous!! As was the cheese and bread station! They had appetizers like risotto balls, crab cakes, tuna tar tar, mussels, oysters, etc., they had a salad bar, they had every meat know to man at the carving station (including salmon), they had a standard brunch section with eggs, bacon, omelettes, pancakes, French toast, etc., they had a pasta station with some very yummy selections, …. They even had this section with all the various salts you could ever want! 20 out of 10 on presentation!! Highly recommend this place during a holiday brunch.

   We just got back from brunch at Aurora Restaurant in The Celeste Hotel by UCF. We are stuffed and it was totally worth every penny. The food, all of it, was excellent. Mike Trudnak and his team did a phenomenal job from the Mimosa greeting as you enter the lobby, the service, the food; OMG the food. The desserts alone will put you in a food coma. Some of my favorites, the breakfast sausage, the crab cakes, the various salads, and the best deviled egg I have ever had. But seriously, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in one meal that took four trips to the buffet. The bottomless mimosas were a nice touch but I would have loved the choice to have cranberry mimosas and not just orange juice. I wish I had taken pictures of the spread but honestly the pictures would not have done it justice. Plus there were so many people, the pictures would not have shown the massive food selection. Seriously, if you haven’t been to one of their buffets, GO. They have another one scheduled for Mother’s Day.
