   Not $90 worth for Mothers Day Brunch. Felt pretty chaotic and being sent to a humongous ballroom made it feel impersonal and just too much.

   The entire experience from start to finish is always top notch! From Seafood to carving station. From the mimosa station to the dessert and all wait staff, exemplirary! A testament to Chef Mike's professionalism and expertise! Big shout out to Vince, Constance and Carlos!! My personal favorite is always Adrian 😘 and the Salmon ! And the 18 foot cheese board! Oh come see for yourself!

   The noise level was high in the ball room, waiters were to slow to serve your drinks or keep up with the high demand.

   This is our third time doing a special brunch with Aurora and it was a most excellent experience. Held in the lobby area and throughout the first floor of the Celeste hotel, the brunch is an amazing collection of superb courses from salad to dessert. This is including speciality areas for having custom pasta, variety of meats, eggs Benedict made to order.for example. There was a cheese and bread bar along with a dessert section of over 30 different desserts. All of the dishes are amazing and the service is at the same level. The size of the buffet lends itself to handling a large number of people and groups which come to enjoy the feast. Even with that large crowd the service is top level level. Our server, Victoria, made the entire experience a full and comfortable time with her friendliness and personality. And with the others who stopped by our table to confirm we were having a great time, it was a comfortable and complete expeience.

   The food at the Mother's Day brunch was exquisite. The service was .... not. When your server can't remember to bring you what you asked for, and won't take the empty plates unless you ask her, then I have a HUGE issue with a mandatory 20% tip (after tax, to add insult to injury). This was her only job - she didn't need to take our order, deliver food, refill water, or check to see if everything we ordered was to our liking. If people are paying almost $90 for a brunch, they're not going to skimp on a tip, buffet or not. Making it mandatory for what I'd consider terrible service leaves a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended).

   Had Mothers Day brunch at Aurora and it was amazing. From the moment we walked in, everything about this buffet was top-notch. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional—every station offered something delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re into seafood, carving stations, international flavors, or decadent desserts, there was something for everyone, and it was all done to perfection. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Plates were cleared promptly, drink refills arrived without asking, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their work, which added to the warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s rare to find a buffet that delivers both on quality and hospitality, but this one nailed it. Can’t wait to return!
