At Calistoga’s only MICHELIN-starred restaurant, Chef Rogelio Garcia presents a seven-course tasting menu rooted in Napa Valley’s seasonal bounty, shaped by French technique with Japanese and Mexican influences. Set within Four Seasons Napa Valley, the intimate dining room offers vineyard views, warm service, and a front-row seat to the kitchen. For an even closer look, reserve the Chef’s Table located inside the kitchen itself. Sommelier Derek Stevenson curates a 450+ label wine list — recognized with Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence — spotlighting Napa’s top producers alongside rare global finds.                     We did the 10 course tasting menu and thought each dish was unique and very good! Definitely did not rush through things as we were there 3+ hours. Pleasant staff and the kitchen tour was a nice touch! The “chef bites” throughout were tasty

                    Yes, the pairing menu was sublime. The showstopper is Breanna and the service team. She made us feel like old friends getting reacquainted. Thank you for making the evening forever memorable.

                    My wife and I are big time foodies and will travel to eat at a particular restaurant. We were stunned at how wonderful our meal at Auro was last night. We enjoyed the pescatarian tasting menu with caviar add on and premium wine tasting. The texture contrasts, risk taking of spice hits and items with a Mexican/Spanish flare exceeded our expectations. We have dined at seven 3 Michelin Star restaurants and our meal/experience at Auro was better than a few of them. The vibe at Auro reminded us of Arzak in San Sebastián Spain. I highly recommend Auro, a gem in our own backyard, and our server,Cyndi, was fantastic.
