We were seated at a table with a nice prime spot view until some guy flashed cash and they kicked us off our table. Then service was pretty awful. Reservation was at 6. Ordered a bottle of wine and then we were moved. Couldn’t actually order food until 6:30, as we were ignored. Food was subpar. Rolls didn’t taste well made. Like something I could make from home without a lot of thought. Disappointing and was looking forward to this for a while. Lastly, it’s right next to the hotels pool where people can order from the pool. Cool if that’s the ambiance you’re looking for. Less of an upscale rooftop that I was looking for and what I think they advertise. Wont return.

Very nice, love the aesthetic. 2nd time coming and it was still great. The people are very sweet and super laid back.

Wow! Aura Rooftop ROCKS! The ambience and atmosphere were so beautiful! The servers and wait staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. And honestly everyone was very attractive! Haha! The food and drinks were OFF THE CHAIN! Such a unique menu! We LOVED it! Aura Rooftop has a great vibe! Anytime I visit Charlotte again, you can bet that my friends and I will DEFINITELY be back here!

My husband and I went on a Saturday afternoon. We are so glad we reserved a table as we saw many people turned away. The space has a Miami feel, with an eclectic mix of people. It has a view of many, cool skyscrapers. The service was prompt and friendly. We ordered 3 small plates. The sliders were the best. I enjoyed my mirror image cocktail. We will be back, with friends, next time.

Great rooftop vibes! Was fairly disappointed in the cocktails. They were overall too sweet. Great spot for a nightcap or girls night out.

Service was horrible. Waited 20 minutes after being seated to be greeted and were there for 2 hours and only had time for 2 drinks before they closed. Got cold chips and queso after waiting 40 minutes for it!! Very disappointed and will not be back.
