We are a Plant-Based Restaurant/Cafe/Bar and Concept Shoppe located in East Flatbush Brooklyn aka "Little Caribbean" cultivating a creative, nurturing experience with beautiful design, nutritious and delicious plant-based food, elevated home goods, clothing, and a passionate and supportive customer base.

The entirely plant-based menu stands apart from many of Flatbush’s current food scenes. It prioritizes taste over nutrition and ecological impact. Aunts et Uncles proves that you can have all three. The inventive menu has made Aunts et Uncles a destination for the growing number of New Yorkers interested in eating plant-based but also opens taste buds and minds to those more skeptical. From the Lobster Roll made from hearts of palm and fresh dill to our Wild Flower Salad to our E Classic - a vegan take on a BEC, the food is as fresh and creative as it is delicious.

Meat eating person here. Never thought that the day would come when I would enjoy a vegan dish. I had the smashburger with fries and shared the lobster roll and fish cakes with my friend. Absolutely delicious. I will be returning. Beautiful space, great vibe, delicious food. Can't ask for anymore.

I stop by while I was in town visiting from the Bay Area. walked in, and the vibes were immaculate. The interior was hella cute and the wall of books was inspiring, but it doesn’t stop there. We ordered the tacos and egg sandwich classic. And we were really impressed by the flavor of both these meals and let me not forget the sorrel, which was so good I haven’t had sorrel made like that in a minute. We definitely recommend for a one-on-one friend get together a date or a solo meal, but probably not ideal for large group, they have an indoor and outdoor seating area or else and some really cool merch. Will be visiting again!

Great place, me and my wife went on a Tuesday it was very chill and the employees were very friendly and we had good conversation. Would definitely recommend this place and please try the vegan chicken sandwich it’s one of the best i have ever had.

We loved everything about this place: the vibe, the home-like setting, the service and most of all the food. The Tivoli taco, mac n cheese, all green everything, AU Immaculee patty, and the mixed drinks were all wonderful. Service was helpful and efficient. There is a small shop in the front and a sofa for eating/drinking. Reservations are recommended. Our cast of four carnivores all loved the vegan menu.

The food was good and very different, but the service was not great. We ordered one dish, which turned out not to be available after 15 mins sitting with the other dishes on the table. They offered a replacement, but it never came. Hard to get attention when needed, even though it's a very small place. Maybe worth a visit for the food experience, but I suspect there are other places which would do better.

I chose this restaurant for a birthday dinner for my BFF who is vegan, and what a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious—and we ordered nearly everything on the menu to share and nosh together. Every choice was delish, the portions we ample, and as a non-Vegan, I HIGHLY recommend the tacos and the All Greens—To. Die. For!! Servers were perfectly attentive, not overbearing, and really made us feel welcome and appreciated. We were even surprised with a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl!Aunts et Uncles is absolutely added to my MUST visit list of restaurants for whenever I want yummy, healthy, satisfying, affordable dishes — and I promise you won’t miss the meat AT ALL!!!

I am SO happy that I got the chance to have brunch here with some friends. The food was phenomenal. Everyone was so nice and the vibes were on point. Great music playing and the decor is just so fun. I will 10000% be going back there soon to try the other foods on the menu because everything looked delicious.

The food was very, very good. As a plant base vegan person I was in heaven. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The only draw back is the parking coming from out of town and having to drive we had to circle the area several times to get a spot to park. Will definitely be visiting soon.

This is the best vegetarian food I ever eaten. I use to go to blossom in Manhattan to have a bacon cheese burger but aunts et uncles is the best in my book. The restaurant has a cafe feeling. It’s one of those places you can literally stay for hours and feel at home. It’s best to get a reservation. There is a wait on weekends especially Friday night. The chicken sandwich, the burger is one of the best items on their menu in my opinion. My girlfriend and I come all the way from Harlem to enjoy aunts Et uncles! When there ask for the sauce for fries! Their sorrel drink is great. Watch out for the ginger cucumber drink. It’s really strong and not for the faint of heart. The best part about Aunts et uncles is that you can purchase books, stationary by vagabroad journals and candles. All the things I love. The owners are down to earth. Nicole is the perfect host. I highly recommend this restaurant. It has become one of my favorite spots in the city!
