Aunt Jake's was founded in 2015, as the company set out to replicate the idyllic, simplistic cuisine we grew up to enjoy. However, we wanted to create Italian food for the “next” generation. The idea was to develop an Italian concept around the customer’s choice of how to eat pasta compared to how the restaurant wanted you to eat it. With that in mind, Aunt Jake’s core mission is to bring high-quality fresh ingredients daily to craft our handmade pasta and sauces health-consciously. The customer can mix and match sauce with shape and create a custom dish of their own.

I highly recommend Aunt Jake’s Pasta making class!! It was a great experience, and I can honestly say I feel confident to make pasta now. There are many class options, but I recommend being the first class (5pm) because you get the restaurant to yourself, creating a more personable experience. The staff could not be friendlier, and they do an incredible job!! On top of all of that - the food was delicious :)

This was the best $60 you can get in the city for a pasta and dinner experience! Food and drinks were delicious. Looking for a cute date night or family/team gathering, this is IT!

This was a nice experience. We loved all the different shapes of pasta we learned to make. When the next group came in for their class it got very loud and crowded, and we heard every single joke recycled.

This was an amazing experience - highly recommend! We were able to get a delicious 3 course meal with the experience too. Our host Anthony was so funny and helped us make different pasta we got to bring home!!

The pasta making 101 is the best deal around. You get fed great food, learn hands on technique, and go home with a whole meal of pasta. The staff is super friendly and speedy. They genuinely wanted us to have a great time.

Truly an amazing experience. Anthony, the pasta trainer, was funny, helpful, and provided an unforgettable experience for my girlfriend and I. The bartender and server were both so helpful and funny as well. We were looking forward to this for over a month and it did NOT disappoint. Food was spot on and delicious and eating the homemade pasta the staff makes was the difference you can immediately tell. I recommend this to friends and couples looking for a great time. Aunt Jake’s Pasta Making class was a smashing success for our night out in New York. The class was fun and informative, and Anthony was a fantastic instructor. The food was all fresh and delicious, and overall a good value for the price. My daughter raved about the mussels, the main courses were all tasty and the donuts were impeccable. I wouldn’t have ordered them if not for Anthony’s suggestion. 10/10 recommend!
