Wonderful food! Great manager. Loved!
1 hour wait, terrible waiter- host had to apologize for how bad waiter was. I was assuming they’d comp some of the meal based on this but they didn’t
The food and ambience was great. Service too. We weren’t rushed out. Would come back, and will!
It was great
Food was fresh and amazing!!!! Highly recommended. Service was great
Great Village restaurant, good service and delicious pasta. Fish is excellent also.
Table was a bit small for 3 people but the food was really good and service was attentive. I would go back.
Nice surprise find! Super cute restaurant and delicious homemade pasta! We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back! I would suggest always having a reservation as I saw them turn people away. Also, iced tea seems expensive at $4 per glass with no refills. I will be back but will enjoy a glass of wine instead next time!
Pasta is one of the best I’ve ever had!
Visited Friday night (for the first time) and enjoyed it. Joe, our waiter, was personable and helpful with dinner suggestions. We will definitely make a return trip!
Love this place! One of my fav Italian restaurants in NYC - the squid ink is amazing with their lamb ragu sauce. Honestly anything I've tried here is great!
Love this spot! Great brunch options, but also can't beat those homemade pastas. I also really liked the fresh-pressed juices.
We just happened to stumble upon this restaurant on OpenTable as we were looking for a place to brunch before we left town. We took a chance and we’re so glad we did. Everything was wonderful, the food had excellent flavor the service was incredible, the atmosphere clean and crisp, and one in our party had the burger and had to share it with everyone because it was that good. This definitely will go on the list of places to revisit.
Good pasta. Nice ambience. Will go back.
We had an amazing dining experience. The chicken parm and shrimp scampi were outstanding. I’m from North Jersey and have eaten plenty of Italian food in my day. I truly believe that the chicken parm here may have been the best I’ve ever had. The pasta was extremely fresh and delicious.
Perfect place in the Village to bring a date, have a romantic meal, or meet up with friends.
This is my second time at Aunt Jakes and it did not disappoint. The salads and pastas couldn't be fresher, and the option to create ones own pasta dinner is very appealing.
A pleasant discovery in the vicinity we live!! Seating was perfect and more importantly accommodative of kids! Definitely to be visited at least couple times!!
I went with two friends to celebrate a birthday. The food is delicious! Fresh pasta was luscious and all of our sauces were just perfection. We stayed a while and never felt like we were being pushed out. Lovely decor. Overall great experience. Can’t wait to go back!
This restaurant was amazing! The food is delicious! Inside is beautiful, and I loved the way it was decorated. There is something for everybody on the menu. Our waiter was very attentive and answered any questions we had. Overall the experience was fantastic and I’m recommending this restaurant to all my friends for sure!
First time at this location, loved how it was setup, how evem though we had a reservation we did not have to wait. I loved the courteous staff who were available when needed and were able to help with recommendations. Definitely a place I will be looking forward going back to.
great value. I've now had the same server twice, and he's fantastic. Knowledgable and not afraid to give an honest recommendation.
Amazing service and the pasta was out of this world. So fresh & so delicious!
Had a hankering for pasta - nothing fancy just solid pasta and Aunt Jake's delivered. While it was definitely noisy downstairs, we were given a table upstairs and it was much quieter (there was one large party but they left half way through). The service was a tad slow but very attentive when we did see the server; I think they were just a bit busy and /or shorthanded the night we were there. Overall, highly recommend if you're in the neighborhood and just want pasta.
Carbonara was delicious. Came for brunch, cozy but bustling atmosphere. Would definitely come back
Visiting NYC from Seattle, this was on my list for GF pasta. I made a reservation on OpenTable, the hostess was fun to talk to and engaging as well as the waiter. My friend and I ordered 4 cocktails total, 2 espressos & two gluten free pasta dishes. This was the best carbonara I've ever had.
Will go back again!
They have the best fresh pastas of any place I've eaten in NYC. Sauces are delicious. It's a great find in the village and prices are good. Wines are okay,
love this place. great food, friendly and wonderful service
We had a large group (9). Waiter was attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. Only issue was figuring out what everyone was to pay. Would have been easier if we could have split the check by couples.
Great service and plentiful portions.
Excellent pastas and great service. Split 1 appetizer and 2 pastas between two people and had plenty of leftovers.
Everyone is very accomodating here. The food is delish. I like the beet pappardel especially, and the lamb ragu sauce.
The waiter was helpful in recommending the pasta match to the sauce. Bartender make a very good Old fashion and Berry Me drink. This is my third time at this restaurant.
Will definitely be going back- everything we ate was amazing and the environment was great.
Great food, fabulous service and short waiting time. Would definitely recommend this place.
Aunt Jakes is the best
Meh. They were very busy with a big party upstairs. They put our group of 8 by the door and we froze every time the door opened.
I wouldn’t go back with a larger group.
Service was amazing ✔️ LOVED OUR SERVER
Second time in a row we’ve made a reservation yet still waited 20 minutes for our table. Does this restaurant know how reservations work?
So fresh and tasty. LARGE portions. Great and friendly service.
