The owners of Aunt Butchie’s of Brooklyn, Italian Kitchen & Legendary Desserts decided to bring their concept to a new location in Marlboro, New Jersey located at 430 Route 9 North. The concept for this restaurant is to create the same family-oriented atmosphere as is offered in the Staten Island location. The vision for this location is based solely on renovating an existing space into something new and fresh. This restaurant is designed with love while incorporating rich, rustic materials balanced with sleek, clean, contemporary elements.
Aunt Butchie’s looks forward to establishing new relationships in this location and enticing consumers to enjoy this “Home Away From Home” concept. This old world with a twist of contemporary concept channels through every aspect of the restaurant, from the decor to the recipes.

This restaurant provides great value. Quality, portion and price are very good. We enjoyed the Honey Bleu Cheese Salad, Arrabiatte with Shrimp, Salmon, Baked Pasta and Chicken Scarp. All were excellent. Service is prompt and friendly. The only complaint of the evening is the restaurant was Too cold. Please adjust the AC. We will def return.

Our waiter Nick was fabulous. We enjoyed the food, ambience and stayed til closing.

Service was terrible! The waitress came over without introducing herself and just asked what we want. Never took the time to ask if it is our first time or try to explain the menu. It took forever to get the food I started considering Uber eats! God only knows a take out from somewhere else would have been better than what we got. The Italian steak was a ribeye that was 85% fat and grizzle, and pasta had an oily sauce that was supposed resemble Carbonara 🤮 Maybe the Staten Island location is better!

Always good food! Very quiet when we got there at 430 but by the time we were done it got busy! Great service too!

Food and service was very good. The only downside was that wine is only available as a bottle. The is no bar service. I wish there was a bar
