The owners of Aunt Butchie’s of Brooklyn, Italian Kitchen & Legendary Desserts decided to bring their concept to a new location in Marlboro, New Jersey located at 430 Route 9 North. The concept for this restaurant is to create the same family-oriented atmosphere as is offered in the Staten Island location. The vision for this location is based solely on renovating an existing space into something new and fresh. This restaurant is designed with love while incorporating rich, rustic materials balanced with sleek, clean, contemporary elements.
Aunt Butchie’s looks forward to establishing new relationships in this location and enticing consumers to enjoy this “Home Away From Home” concept. This old world with a twist of contemporary concept channels through every aspect of the restaurant, from the decor to the recipes.

Aunt Butchies is always great! The food is so good. It is a bit expensive but the portions are so big I always end up taking home leftovers to have the next day. The staff is very nice and always on top of things. I would eat there everyday if I could.

My husband and I decided to go out last minute. We made a 5 pm reservation and was very satisfied and delighted with our entrees. Chicken parmigiana and rigatoni with eggplant was superb. We would definitely eat there again

I made a reservation online without any problems. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted to sit outside and we are so glad we did. The area has a nice vibe and makes you feel special. We all enjoyed our meals, some were the specials, some on the regular menu. Service was great, meal was served in a nice timely pace. We would recommend and will visit again. Thank you for a nice family dinner out.

The wait staff was wonderful, very attentive and polite. However, since I’ve eaten Aunt Butchies in Staten Island and I was expecting the same exact quality and flavorful food was, this was not the case. It’s rare for me to return food which we did…and the pastries were undercooked when they are known to be o and crisp- were more doughy …. totally not worth the money

Food was great. Service could have been better. Waited at least 10 minutes for wine glasses(had to ask bus boy for them). When they finally came 1 was dirty gave it to waitress and waited for a clean one again and had to ask bus boy.

The food was finely prepared and had a delicate balance between the various ingredients. Portions were generous and very filling, as I could not finish my meal. Leftovers were graciously packaged for take-home. The service was both fast and courteous and the various servers who brought the different courses were gracious and polite. I would imagine that anyone who enjoys fine Italian food would also enjoy Auntie Butchie’s

First timers and it was amazing! Food delicious, service outstanding. Noise level started low, but quickly increased. Overall fantastic and will be going back!
