This was our third time dining at Augustine Salumeria. The food and service were excellent. One of the things I look for whenever I return to a good restaurant, is its consistency. We found our server, every time, to be amicable and knowledgeable about anything on the menu that we had questions about. Every appetizer and entree that we ever had,over the course of our three visits, were delicious. This time they had a special appetizer: lightly fried cauliflower in a perfectly balanced sweet and hot sauce (I hope that it becomes a regular dish on their menu). Between the four of us, for entrees, we had the Pappardella (duck ragu), Linguine Nero (squid ink pasta with clams), Farro (risotto style with shrimp), and Lumache (butternut squash with pancetta and shrimp). Everyone raved about how good their entree was. Augustine Salumeria is a 5 starred restaurant.

Delicious birthday dinner! Loved everything we ordered, especially the burrata and squash appetizer and the pistachio cannoli! Highly recommend!
