   Definitely not as good as Metro Steak & Seafood even though the menu was the same! Service was incredibly slow, bacon wrapped Filet was undercooked, they were out of mashed potatoes, so instead of asking what other side we would like, they replaced and brought out risotto without asking and barely gave any green beans. Very disappointing overall

   The waiter was nice. However the food was backed up and the staff complained about the service being provided, the lack of support, and how the business was going downhill directly to us. Unprofessional at an all time high

   Augustine Inn is one of our favorite restaurants! Food and service is always amazing! Great place for a little date night

   Everything that could go wrong did! They had kids running the place. It was really bad. Both entrees we ordered they were out of. My husband got his steak and I never got my sea bass and after I canceled my entree and shared his steak, I saw people eating sea bass! They came in after me. I messaged the owner on Facebook messenger 3 days ago still no response! Save your money!

   We came for the steak since they call themselves a steak house and they had none. The ambience was very unattractive in the music room. Also there was a large party there that was so loud I could barely hear myself think. We ended up leaving and not ordering our entree.

   We chose to sit in the side room but that would be better for drinks and music... main dining room better for dinner. Food and service were excellent!!! Didn't stay long for music but will come back when Tony Mowen is there again.

   Ordered appetizers after 29 minutes there. One appetizer came out and we never received our drinks, or the other appetizer. Sat for 45 minutes before leaving money for the appetizer and walking out. Sad. I loved this place but it has gotten worse the last couple of times

   Service started a little slow but once our appetizers came out our meals were fairly fast. There was a good band playing. Food was excellent and our waitress was very sweet.

   Food was excellent but there was a long wait. It was New Year’s Eve however it was starting to clear out as we were waiting. The service was not good, we were asked by our waitress if our order was taken and if we received our salads. We did eventually receive everything we ordered after asking but the food was good. Unfortunately we saw two tables pay for their drinks and leave.

    Wait staff seemed very overwhelmed with no support from management. No drink menus or review of specific were provided when we were seated. It took almost 30 min to get drinks and place our food order. seemed we were not the only tables having a problem with service. Over an hour later the food was served with one meal coming out 15min later than all others, and another (a salad) served with 3 slices of a chicken and an apple slice that still had the produce sticker on it. We asked to speak with the manager and were told they were too busy in the kitchen (restaurant was about half empty at this point). We are repeat customers but not sure after this weekend.
