Prepare to step into Sao Paolo when you enter Mermaid Beach’s newest sensation Augusta.
Augusta - the new Brazilian brunch and bar! Augusta is a place that brings the culture, vibes and music from Brasil, right to the heart of Mermaid Beach.
The menu at Augusta is inspired by the bustling streets of Brazil, offering vibrant and unique dishes brimming with flavour. From classic favourites such as Pão de queijo, Tapioca with your choice of filling, or , the Mortadella Sandwich.
