My only concern was it was chilly granted it was 20 degrees outside. Mussels were excellent, I had the rose' ones. We were on the 2nd floor lived it
Great food, cocktails, and beer selection.
Fried chicken sandwich was a solid choice.
This place has a laid-back vibe in a fun place to hang out
Food and service were great but felt very uncomfortable once the restaurant started filling up. The tables were too close and we were not social distanced. Felt very anxious about COVID and we had to cut our dinner short.
Everything was excellent. Really enjoyed Auggie’s Platter as an appetizer. It had a half smoke, brat, some brisket and some great Brussels. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Overall a very nice experience
Great staff. Enjoyable evening. Mussels were the best.
Augie’s has and will always be my favorite Old Town restaurant. Hands down some of the best food you can imagine, inspired by American and Belgian favorites with unique spices and peppers. The beer selection is always exquisite, the outdoor beer garden is comfortable all year round, the staff are incredible…. In short, you owe it to yourself to go in there and have a bite and brew.
Excellent, it was last minute the food was delicious and the service was outstanding!!
The mussels were amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. A great experience. Hope to go back sometime.
Mussels were excellent. Family of five and we ordered five different styles—all were delicious. Ordering beer took extra time—scan code for the beer menu wasn’t on the table. Wear a sweater. It can be chilly, even inside.
Beer menu needs to be offered apart from TV screen.
Great food and beer selection. Definitely will visit again
The survive was a little slow to get started inside, but food came quick and drinks were always filled.
The mussels were delicious and the service impeccable! We will be back to Augie’s soon!
Another great evening at Augie's. Wonderful food and atmosphere. Love the outside patio space.
We sat out on the patio (with heaters) and had a great time. The service was FANTASTIC and the mussels were delicious!
Great service, great food. Augie's sauce is delicious. Loved the breading on the wings. We will be back.
Server was inattentive and slow. Would not return
Crunch, crunch, crunch went the grit in the mussels. Can’t think of the last time I had mussels that were so full of grit and bland. Crazy it is supposed to be a mussel house. The frites were great and two of the three sauces were really good. Nothing special about the chopped salad with grilled chicken. The essence cocktail was superb and highly recommended! That plus the frites salvaged what would have been a really disappointing night out.
Our favorite place for mussels! Such a great variety and flavors. Nice craft beer selection. The ambiance is cozy yet trendy- highly recommend
The best mussells I've ever eaten. Whomever prepared this menú knows his or her stuff.
It seems like this place is really struggling with staff. The food was ok but not something I’ll crave later. Overall I may give it another chance but first experience wasn’t that great.
Good mussels - prompt service; need a broader wine list and better pricing - frites somewhat disappointing (broken, short, undercooked). Noisy - no acoustical help.
Big fan of Augie's. Took my parents here for dinner (and brought my small kids) and it was terrific. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing, the food was delicious and came out in good time (though it was moderately busy on a Sunday evening), and our drinks were tasty. Very happy to visit again and highly recommend for mussels (or something else).
We celebrated a birthday (party of 6) upstairs. The ambiance and vibe of the place is great! My mussels weren't as amazing as I had before and not served hot. Overall, I will give them another shot because the vibe and accommodations are great.
The mussels really are the best I’ve had. So many variations to choose from - I had the Classic but can’t wait to get back to try the Pesto. Jerry our server was great.
Great place, good service, good food... just don't sit on the tables on the street: busses passes and it gets noisy
First time there and it was so great! We’ll def be back!
Really awesome food. Great beer menu. Friendly, helpful servers.
My Italian mussels were delicious and my husband’s brisket sandwich was tender and very tasty too. I was cold in the inside back room. But the cold room did not take away from our delicious meal.
Great outdoor space. Recommend the Augie Burger. Enjoy!
We tried the risotto, classic and eastern shore mussels. All delicious!
Good food, good service, music was a bit too loud for conversation. Really enjoyed both types of mussel dishes and highly recommend.
Work happy hour 🙌🏽
Nice restaurant with good food. Service was excellent. Place is a bit loud and with tables virtually on top of each other, it was a bit difficult to have a conversation with my wife. Only real complaint - different beer list upstairs than downstairs...really?
our server constantly went MIA, had to ask another server to check us out. food was decent.
Great outdoor space, reliable prompt service and above average food
Another great evening at Augie's. One of our favorites, for sure. Chesapeake mussels were a great new flavor. Love the rotating beer selection. Nice crispy fries. Highly recommend.
1/3rd of my mussels had no mussels. Most mussels were small. Sauces are great! Service was terrible.
Service was awful…
