   Audace is the place to go. The restaurant is so beautifully decorated and very elegant, not noisy, the food is outstanding - the octopus appetizer is a masterpiece as well as the pastas I tried (linguine with red shrimp from Mazara del Vallo and tortelloni cacio e pepe); furthermore, the piramidi with Neapolitan ragù were just spellbinding. It reminded me the ragù that my mom makes, and I’m Sicilian. The service is top notch. You feel cuddled by not only the servers, who are very knowledgeable with both food and wine, but also by the owner Mario. The prices are average New York prices, but definitely it can be higher for the quality of food and service. All in all, if you are looking for a date spot, business meal, relaxing place, or just enjoy an amazing and authentic Italian cuisine and fine dining service, this is the restaurant you should go. If you haven’t tried it yet, make yourself a favor and let yourself be pampered like you were in Italy.

   Audace was fantastic. José was our server and he was attentive, thoughtful, and very helpful without hovering. The dishes were fantastic. The Polpo was tender and flavorful, the salad was well-dressed, the scallops were cooked perfectly, and the Tortello was to die for. With that said, portion sizes are a bit small across the board so don’t expect an extremely large meal. Great for dates! Aside from the food, cocktails were delicious. Hazelnut old fashioned was very good, Pisco Sour was fantastic, and the Golden Beans was great as well - you can tell the bartenders really care.

   Love this new restaurant. Wonderful food , great service and charming atmosphere. I am so excited that I live in the hood and this is my new go to restaurant.

   An absolutely wonderful radicchio salad, broccoli rabe and sausage pasta, and beef tenderloin pasta pyramids. The gelato was also delicious. We will be back

   Food made with quality ingredients. Excellent service. A quiet place for great food and conversation. Menu caters to all tastes and diet restrictions. A BYOB with a fee but, an excellent place to bring a nice aged wine.

   Audace’s service, menu, and wine all are on par with the best restaurants, except this place doesn’t have the flash and pizzazz. You’ll just find perfectly baked homemade bread, olive oil flown by the owner from Italy and served by an Italian who says “grazie” every chance he gets, and a wine list that offers solid picks from a wide variety of Italy’s many world-class wine growing regions. The food comes on time. Getting a table is easy. The seating is spacious enough that this claustrophobic guy felt at ease. And, best of all, the team that creates your experience genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing. However, they won’t dive deep and ask your life story. They are pleasant and present but never intrusive. If you like real Italian food made and served by Italians who want to share their love of their cuisine with you, it’s worth taking a chance on a hotel restaurant. You’ll feel like you know a secret most travelers and locals don’t or choose to ignore.

    There was a great ambiance and the man helping us was fantastic. He was so friendly, made my family feel at home and offered suggestions for their trip. The food was also delicious, excited to go back!
