The service was great, but the food mediocre. The strawberry French toast was so soggy, the avocado bagel should’ve been toasted instead of cold and finally my spinach omelette was so cold it had the consistency and the feel of rubber. the coffee was decent, we should’ve just gone for coffee and maybe a croissant.

The food was mediocre, but the service was lacking. It took quite a long time for a server to take our order. It took 45 minutes for appetizers after placing the order. The main course arrived 35 minutes after finishing the appetizers. The servers were friendly enough and it seemed like there were many running around so maybe the problem was with the kitchen. Unless you plan on a long drawn out dinner then my recommendation would be to explore the many other restaurants that line both sides of the street.

Le Petit Chalet est un endroit amusant et chaleureux. Toutefois, lors de notre dernière visite dimanche, le service a malheureusement été long et un peu désorganisé. Je tiens toutefois à préciser que mon commentaire est constructif. J’encourage régulièrement M. Blanchette dans ses différents emplacements, car il travaille fort pour nous offrir une belle expérience. Nous comptons bien y retourner, car l’endroit en vaut vraiment la peine, notamment pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. C’est simplement dommage que le service n’ait pas été à la hauteur cette fois... mais cela fait partie de l'expérience client aussi.

Honnêtement très déçue. Premièrement, en arrivant, malgré une réservation, on m’indique que je dois absolument m’assoir dehors… il a fallu j’insiste. Ensuite, service très lent. Oeufs qui devaient être tournés, crevés. Patates tellement salées incroyable. Aucun service si tu n’appelles pas. Des feuilles avec dessins pour les enfants, mais pas de crayon…. Une bouteille de ketchup vide…. Dommage première et dernière fois

Tres belle expérience, service rapide, prix abordable, par contre a fallu cliquer sur le cube après la prise de notre commande, nous avions hâte de recevoir notre café, quand même rare dans un resto de déjeuner a 8h30, de ne pas apporter rapidement le café. Une assiette aussi avait été demander avec 2 oeufs miroirs, avons reçue des oeufs brouillés!!!! Nous avons pas retourné l'assiette.
