Last minute reservation was not appreciated first, it seemed, but towards the end of the course, servers were attentive and turned nice, dishes were very good. Had the weekday course with upgrades to Japanese roast beef.

平日のディナーのためほぼ貸し切り状態の中、美味しく楽しく頂く事が出来ました。料理の説明もしっかりしていただきより味わって頂く事が出来ました。グラスワインとのマリアージュも素晴らしいと思います。記念日のメッセージまで演出して頂き感激致しました。有難う御座いました。

it was a great night, the chief is talented with excellent cooking skill and also perfect selection of local fresh ingredient. we are so impressed with every single dish from appetizer, salad, main dish and dessert. Also i would like to highlight this restaurant with very nice wines to pair with their food, make sure you ask for their recommendation. i have one red and white which go perfectly well with the food. i'm sure you will too. the man who serve us was extremely professional and attended to every single details even our facial expression. The dinner served in a perfect way with good pace and perfect timing. i will definitely come back again as it a such a great french restaurant you can miss it. 季節のサラダが特に美味しかったです。野菜ごとに、調理されていて口に運んだら、野菜の旨みが広がります。また、豚の塩漬けが、旨みを引き出します。また、お伺いしたいです。

料理は手が込んでいて、特に金目鯛の火入れに感動しました。またワインはグラスの注文でしたが、シャンパーニュRM、スペインのシャルドネともセレクションがしっかりしていて、サービスの知識も豊富でよかったです。

元はレストラングループの方からお伺いして行くようになったレストランです。おいしくて楽しい。博多は近くて遠く、単発の用事で行くのは躊躇する場所、しかしこちらに通い始めてから状況は一変しました。メルヴェイユへも行きたいから行く。むしろ、メルヴェイユへ行く格好の機会とばかりに馳せ参じております。シェフのお料理はいたずら小僧の料理（主観）、おいしいのは当たり前という前提の上で、「ちょっと待ってよ何これいいの？」と思うことしばしばです。滅多に行けない場所なのもあり、滞在中に通ってしまう。今回オープンテーブルから予約したのはディナーを一度のみでしたが、結局は前日にも飛び入りで予約を打診、予約日翌日のランチも食後にちゃっかり予約して三たびお世話になりました。もちろん、料理だけではありません。サービスの方とのやりとりも楽しいです。いかにおいしかったのか、驚いたのか、嬉しかったのかをお話しします。返答の粋なのも楽しいですし、好みを知っていただくことで、より好きになる（ように取りはからってくださる）。また、グラスワインが楽しいのです。それぞれのレストランでおいしく楽しく頂いておりますが、こちらでおまかせで出てくるものが一番好きです。

少し独特でいて食材本来の旨みをしっかり残した料理はどれも美味しくて、このお店で食事するのが楽しみでした。新しいシェフになりそのスタンスは継続されていると思っていました。でも正直に、美味しくなかった。何か一つ美味しかったものを思い浮かべようとしても思いつかない。全て美味しくなかった。どの料理も匂いや風味が合わなくて、生臭かったり、ソースと食材がかみあっていなかったり。自分だけかと思いましたが連れも首をかしげていたし、隣の席の人達もこの料理の味を必死に理解しようとされていました。サービスも若い女性の方達が運んで来て下さったけれど、声が小さすぎて何を言われてるか分からず聞き返す事もしばしば。あれこれ難しい事を考えず食べて「美味しい!」と感じられなければそれまでです。とても残念ですが再訪はないです。

非常に重要なゲストを招いての食事でした。福岡にはワイン持ち込みの店が少ないので、持ち込み可能ということで日本ではなかなか手に入らない希少なKongsgaardのJudge 2010年をカリフォルニアから取り寄せての会食。ここまでで勝手ながら私のコストは8万プラス。料理は一番上の1万2000円のコースを４人分、非常に楽しみにしておりました。しかしながらフロアスタッフは初心者で、料理の暗記もまるでできていないし、パンをサーブする子でさえシルバーを二回も落として、まるで初心者。料理をサーブする配分もできていないため、ゲストのイライラが。。。メインに行く前に、(もちろんシャンパンは店のものをグラスでオーダーしたにも関わらず）ワイン2本目に突入。まだのみ終わってもいないのに、次のワインを勧めだす店員。ゲストが”次のコースを早くもってきてもらえますか？”と言われる始末。その後、私たちのテーブルの会話がうるさいので静かに話してほしいとの忠告を受け、他のテーブルの方がもっと大きな声で話してるのをみて、さすがに限界。メインを食べる前に出ていてしまいました。でもしっかりお金は取られましたが。なぜでしょうロブションでも、Per seでもジョンジョルジュでも、ザカリアンの店でもこんなこと言われたことがないのに。。。真剣に客に勝負するなら、お互いプロの仕事をしてからじゃないのでしょうか。料理はよかったのに残念。絶対戻る気にはなれません。結果ドンペリとたこ焼きでお腹を満たしました。。。でもよい時間を過ごすことが目的なので、レストランは’それを提供する場でなければ存在価値はなし。
