Good food!
Always a great experience! The service and food are amazing! Authentic Moroccan cuisine! Will return and highly recommend!
The service was very hospitable and we were made to very welcome. The decor is relaxing and nice. The food was very good. The home made bread was exceptional.
We ordered eggplant caviar, bulghur wheat chorba, chick pea with cumin and vegetable couscous. The eggplant caviar was devoid of the rich flavor of eggplant. The soup was good, as were the chickpeas with cumin. The vegetable couscous was ok. There was one person serving several tables. He was attentive.
Basic menu and food. Not representative of the North African rich variety of dishes. The only thing that was really tasty was the bread but you have to pay for it. Weir’d.
The only waiter is overwhelmed.
Overall quite disappointing.
Always a favourable resto! We’ve been a few times and will be back!! Very authentic!
It was fantastic. Food was incredible. Hospitality was incredible and it was BYOB. Definitely a must.
Always a great experience! The food is authentic and the service is very nice.
The food is exquisitely delicious. Portions are very generous. We tried the Table d’hôte , it was excellent. Attentive warm service. Great value for money. Quiet restaurant and proper lighting.
AAA authentic! I highly recommend!
Went here for dinner before a show. Service was fast and pleasant, and the meal was excellent. Look forward to going back again
We had a wonderful time. It was an early Wednesday dinner before we had another engagement, so it was quiet. But the food and the hospitality were both great. Genuine folks serving great food. We really enjoyed our time there and look forward to going back. Thank you again!
We decided to share a salad and the couscous with chicken. “You know there’s a sharing charge” the waiter sneered.
Not sure if he’s the owner but what a nasty guy. The next people who came in inquired about tangine. “You don’t know the difference between tangine and couscous?” Sneered again. By the way the food was horrible. Dry, tasteless chicken, over cooked vegetables.
I went with friends, we were 2 couples, and we, all of us, enjoyed a lot the meals. It s refine and light, very tasty and if you like couscous, this is definitely a place to go.
Ambiance could be improved if the restaurant was busier, but it's perfect for a date or a group dinner. Service was reasonably fast. They have options with local ingredients such as Quebec rabbit couscous or grain-fed chicken. Meat is delicious, seems to be coming from an actual butcher unlike most restaurants in town. The food was very authentic, some dishes are served in a traditional tajine dish and the seasoning is typical. Desserts were a bit of a letdown though, it seemed like my corne de gazelle wasn't made on that day so it was a little dry. It's bring your own wine. I would definitely recommend this place for a couscous, the main courses and appetizers were all delicious, but I would skip on the dessert. Great for a group or a date.
Such a unique and delicious dinner!!! Service was wonderful. Very accommodating to non-French speakers. Thank you so much ❤️
Food was spectacular. I had not had a couscous as good as that in over 20 years. We tried chicken, merguez, lamb and rabbit...all fantastic. And so we're the cumin chickpeas and desserts. Thank you.
Always come here for an authentic couscous when in Montreal .
BYO wine.
Accueil et bouffe toujours top. Une valeur sûre. Apportez votre vin de surcroît. Mérite des visites régulières.
Delightful, fun and exceptionally delicious.
Ambiance chaleureuse, repas delicieux, viande tendre! Nous avons adoré! Merci au propriétaire!
Amazing, authentic couscous!!
Try the lamb and make sure to take the mint tea after dinner - the best!
