We celebrate the incredible, unique ingredients found in this country and the many rich and varied culinary cultures it’s fostered – beginning thousands of years ago with the First Peoples who call this land home.

We take great pleasure in our guests' letting us be part of their special moments, from intimate dinners for two to wedding celebrations or luxury brand launches for sixty—we have been there for all of them.

    The full price of the tasting menu is $385pp, and your deposit of $150pp will be deducted from this menu price on the evening. We require a deposit towards your food menu of $150pp at the time of booking, and this will be deducted from the total cost of your tasting menu at the conclusion of the evening. This deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation due to change of mind (including errors when making bookings online and changes in personal circumstances) or in the event of a no-show.

  • Snacks With...

    Snacks With... is back for a second year! Every Thursday in June, we will open our doors for an a la carte experience where Head Sommelier Dom Robinson invites an eclectic line up of leading winemakers to share their rare finds and favourite wines. The a la carte snacks menu will change for each session, but some highlights include Fried Mussel Gildas, Kangaroo Tartare with Macadamia Puree and Ben's Family Lasagna. Reservations are recommended, but we will set a few seats aside for walk-ins. The line up- Thursday 5th June - Patrick Sullivan & William Downie Thursday 12th June - Jeremy Schmölzer & Tessa Brown, Vignerons Schmölzer & Brown Thursday 19th June - Daniel Airoldi - Australian Wine & Spirits, Wine Importer & Bordeaux Expert Thursday 26th June - Dylan Grigg Vinya Vella, Viticulturist & Wine Maker Thursday 3rd July - Sandra de Pury, Wine Maker Yeringberg Thursday 10th July - Sierra Reed, Wine Maker Reed Wines Thursday 17th July - Caretaker's Cottage Please note this is not the regular Attica tasting menu. A small portion of the restaurant is reserved for 'Snacks With...' We will be serving our usual menu in the main dining room.     As a First Nations women, it was so refreshing to see native ingredients being used passionately in such a beautiful setting. Each dish was innovative and absolutely delicious! You could tell that the artists in the kitchen and the wait staff were all proud and passionate about their work. A great experience overall! Well worth the cash splash. I can’t wait to return when the menu changes .

    A culinary delight! Every part of the meal from the farm to the table is so carefully considered and it shows in the presentation and flavor of the meals. A unique experience in Australian fine dining.

    Best summed up as “Inconsistent”. Highlights of the Australian themed menu were the opening small bites - particularly the saltbush and rye berry, and an amazing crocodile dish. The outside experience was a nice break in the meal, and the server was great, although the ambiance is a little odd. But some courses went between tasteless (literally - no flavour making me wonder if someone had checked them), and unpleasant. Whilst I appreciate the desire to push the use of native ingredients, and some are fantastic, in some courses, such as the “Australia” fish dish it felt like the only reason it was there was to say it was there. All in all, it was inconsistent. Not what you would expect at that price or from a restaurant of Attica reputation.

    We really enjoyed our time at Attica the food is so creative, delicious and innovated. It is wonderful to see how they use a lot of ingredients from Australia which makes it really interesting food to eat. It is also done with a nod to fun as well which make the whole dinning experience special. We did the wine paring and again very different wines which were picked with a lot of thought and went really perfectly with the food. Thank to the team at Attica for such a great evening.

    Our dinner at Attica was extraordinary. This is our third visit, having been once every 5 years or so. Each experience remains memorable, though it is fascinating to observe the changes that have happened in that time. Highlights of this meal were the roo satay, marron with a butter sauce and sourdough, and the white chocolate pannacotta with native honey. The way Attica combines intellectual qualities in their approach, with emotive touch points, and deep sensory engagement is very rewarding as a diner. The service was exceptional, attentive, personalised, and a nice mix between reverent for the quality and experience, yet also fun and interactive.

    Interesting food and presentation but enormous portions for an 11 course dinner. Interesting and unusual wine pairing.

    If you were ever wondering what you could do with indigenous produce, this is where you find out. Delicious, sublime presentation mixed with a degree of theatre.
