    The full price of the tasting menu is $385pp, and your deposit of $150pp will be deducted from this menu price on the evening. We require a deposit towards your food menu of $150pp at the time of booking, and this will be deducted from the total cost of your tasting menu at the conclusion of the evening. This deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation due to change of mind (including errors when making bookings online and changes in personal circumstances) or in the event of a no-show.

    Snacks With... is back for a second year! Every Thursday in June, we will open our doors for an a la carte experience where Head Sommelier Dom Robinson invites an eclectic line up of leading winemakers to share their rare finds and favourite wines. The a la carte snacks menu will change for each session, but some highlights include Fried Mussel Gildas, Kangaroo Tartare with Macadamia Puree and Ben's Family Lasagna. Reservations are recommended, but we will set a few seats aside for walk-ins. The line up- Thursday 5th June - Patrick Sullivan & William Downie Thursday 12th June - Jeremy Schmölzer & Tessa Brown, Vignerons Schmölzer & Brown Thursday 19th June - Daniel Airoldi - Australian Wine & Spirits, Wine Importer & Bordeaux Expert Thursday 26th June - Dylan Grigg Vinya Vella, Viticulturist & Wine Maker Thursday 3rd July - Sandra de Pury, Wine Maker Yeringberg Thursday 10th July - Sierra Reed, Wine Maker Reed Wines Thursday 17th July - Caretaker's Cottage Please note this is not the regular Attica tasting menu. A small portion of the restaurant is reserved for 'Snacks With...' We will be serving our usual menu in the main dining room.     To celebrate Attica’s 20th year with Ben Shewry at the helm, we are bringing the unpredictable and creativity driven Chef’s Table (which was unofficially known as Experimental Tuesday’s) out of retirement for a brief stint. This year, on Wednesdays in July and August (beginning 23rd July until 27th August inclusive) we will be offering a five-course menu, at a much lower price than our standard menu, that reflects the experimental nature of the dishes - all written the night before to share with our guests - on a journey of culinary curiosity. The full price of the 5 course menu is $192.50pp, and your deposit of $75pp will be deducted from this menu price on the evening. Please note we will not be able to accomodate any dietary requirements. Paired Wines available as an option to add on for $95 pp. We require a deposit towards your food menu of $75pp at the time of booking, and this will be deducted from the total cost of your Chef's Table menu at the conclusion of the evening.     Recommended by a chef friend from Singapore, I had high expectations - and Attica more than delivered! The opening snacks were exceptional, setting the tone for a meal which is full of surprises — including some adventurous native proteins (I'll keep it a secret!). A highlight was the visit to their kitchen garden, where we enjoyed fresh Tasmanian mushrooms — such a thoughtful and unique touch with apple juice too :) The entire evening lasted around three hours, but it never felt long - each course brought something new and engaging. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere felt both relaxed and refined. If you're in Melbourne, Attica is absolutely worth a stop. You'll leave full, inspired, and with a deeper appreciation for Australian ingredients. Huge thanks to the team!

    Unique experience with a strong identity that was built for the past 20 years. Chef Ben brought maturity and Australian savoir-faire. Strongly recommend to travellers who want to taste something special, earthly and also aerial sometimes. Enjoyed the journey, especially the garden of flowers (people know know and no spoiler).

    This was a truly memorable dining experience. The use of native ingredients was delicious, delightful and surprising. I also enjoyed the sense of fun in some of the dishes / experiences and the staff were all so charming. Of course its a premium dining experience but I felt it was excellent value, a truly artistic culinary experience and we absolutely loved it.

    We had the most amazing experience, the food was delicious with bursts of flavour with every bite! The staff were so welcoming and made us feel so at ease. We just had the most amazing night for our anniversary and would/ have highly recommended this experience to all our friends and family! Thank you for a memorable evening

    We visited ATTICA for the first time and were lucky enough to snag a table on an international stop over from Perth. We were very impressed. Service was a stand out, food was absolutely amazing and the wines were extensive. Its more expensive than most restaurants. However, once your sitting down at your table, you quickly understand why its good value for money. Its a very impressive experience. My only suggestion is for more Margaret River Chardonnay & Cabernet on the wine list. However, I would give Attica 11/10.

    A fantastic night out. Something I wouldn’t normally do but the food was superb. The service was amazing and the explanation about what each dish was made from just added to the experience.

    Had been anticipating the dinner for some time (had to reschedule multiple times due to illness in the family, staff were super wonderful about this). The experience didn't disappoint. Loved the complexity and ingenious combinations of flavours, and playfulness in presentation. Will highly recommend and hope to make a return visit one day!

    Attica is hands down the best restaurant in Melbourne. It's an experience, not just dinner. I'd highly recommend trying Attica.

    An amazing experience for a special occasion but with all the hype I wasn't blown away by the decor and where some courses were exceptional, I was surprised that all of them weren't. The highlight of the experience was the staff and where I would have loved to tip, at almost $700 a head with a drink pairing and cocktail to start, it was hard to justify spending any more. A big highlight Attica's support of Australian producers and discovering some really delicious wines from the Gippsland region, which had not previously been on my radar. Specific mention to Fleet Wines, I'm looking forward to checking out their cellar door in Leongatha.
