Atria's - Richland Ratings and Reviews
Went for Thanksgiving. The reservation was for 6:45 but didn't get seated till after 7:30. The was okay because we sat at the bar. However, we didn't get happy hour prices. So the bar bill was high with each of us getting two drinks. The table and the service was good, but not table cloth! I expect that in high end dining. I thought that the value of the price fixed meal was poor at $25.00 - soup/salad, entree, and dessert. I chose the ham instead of the turkey which was sliced ham like at a deli in stead of Ham steak. My wife had the pumpkin pie which I thought was horrible (Where did you find such lousy pumpkin pie?). I ordered the apple pie ala-mode. They had no ice cream, and it was cold right out of the refrigerator. All-in-all, an upscale restaurant with a special fixed priced Thanksgiving dinner should have done a better job.
This was the first Thanksgiving without my
Mom. I wanted to do something special for my father. So this seemed a good choice. After being seated, it took 15 minutes for our server to even greet us. Over an hour later and still no dinner. We watched tables seated after us getting their meals. My father spoke up to another waiter who brought our food right away. The manager apologised and discounted the bill $5.47. Food was excellent. The service not so much. Very disappointed. Left a generous tip but not quite as generous as we were planning on giving. I really felt like we didnt matter.
We had our family Thanksgiving meal at Atria's in Richland. It was busy but our server was personable and patient. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed a delicious meal. It was a very positive experience and we were pleased that we chose Atria's to celebrate our Thanksgiving holiday.
This was our second annual visit to Atria's-Richland for Octoberfest and it was a disappointing experience compared to last year. We traveled over 30 miles one-way to meet with friends coming from the opposite direction. Two menu items that we ordered or planned to order were not available and several meals seemed to be slightly beyond "done." Although we very much enjoy the seasonal menu, we may be unlikely to visit Richland next year for another Octoberfest.
I had the chef's special of seafood eggplant rolotini over linguini with red sauce and crabmeat + 3 jumbo tempura shrimp. It was fantastic. Best meal I ever had at Atria's. We had a party of five, celebrating our nephew's college graduation. Everyone's meal was good. Our waitress was spectacular. We've had her as or server several times. Great personality and service. Really our best visit to Atria's (any location).
Been going to Atria's for years...different ones... food keeps getting higher but portions getting smaller. I had the veal and pasta....pasta is so cheap....should be more. 2 had the pot roast...seemed different they said....used to be more like a big dish of stew... items are separated. Service very good
Our experience at Atrias Richland was very disappointing to say the least. We specifically went there for the St. Patrick's Day "special menu" that was advertised greatly on Atrias web site as well as in our e-mails from the restaurant. The ad stated that the special would be running the weekends of March 10, 11, & 12 and March 17, 18, & 19. We were looking forward to that special & otherwise, we would not have chosen Atrias as our dinner restaurant that evening. Having lived within walking distance from the former Atrias restaurant in Wexford, I can count on 1 hand the number of times we have eaten there. As I said before, the few times we've been there have not been good experiences. We decided to stay & order from the regular menu on our visit there despite being told that the special "St. Patrick's" dinner items were no longer available & that the restaurant ran out of them the day prior. The bacon wrapped pork fillets that I ordered were way undercooked, red inside, & cold. So, I simply moved them aside & ate none of them. So, I attempted to eat the potato pancakes that were under them & they were way overcooked, almost burnt. The dessert I ordered was the blueberry cobbler; also disappointing (blueberries thrown on the plate with what tasted like flour that wasn't properly mixed in to thicken the juice from the berries; also the pastry part of the cobbler was just blobs of dough which was overdone with granules of sugar. (Not edible & certainly not worth the price!) Others in our party had the seafood pasta dish & said it was actually pretty tasty. Another had the beef pot roast & said it wasn't bad, but, they could have gotten the same thing at Eat N Park for less than half the price. Not once did a manager or supervisor come to our table to address our concerns at all throughout our entire meal. When leaving our server admitted that they currently have no chef at that location so I have no idea who was preparing the food.
Food good, & service good. However, the tables are too close!! My husband and daughter got bumped by servers sooo many times they were frustrated. Servers there must go home with sore hips from bumping peoples chairs constantly. Take out a table or two and satisfaction overall should go up.
We went for Valentines Day and ordered the specials. The staff was very accommodating and our server was great. The manager was great as well. Parts of my entree were slightly over cooked but wasn't horribly over cooked. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed for the crowd, but the servers did the best that they could. Atria's could have offered bigger portions on their specials for the price as the portions are usually sizable. What we did get was good though. A nice place to eat.
Had a great Valentine's Day dinner with my bride of 40 years. Wonderful meal, very good service, good price and we were seated immediately upon arrival. We have always enjoyed Atria's for various occasions and groups and have not had a bad experience to date. I highly recommend them for family, friends and business meals and for romantic nights out.
