Always good. Bartender Matt and Ryan make the service great
Food was very nicely done, tasty; price was right. Would recommend this Aria's, but service was nothing to brag about. Food was not very hot, indicating that it sat waiting to be brought to our table. However, waitress was friendly, helpful, but for some reason slow to get our food, main course and dessert, and took several minutes to obtain our check.
Had to wait 45 minutes for the main course to be served. Seemed they were under staffed.
We enjoy many of the regular as well as seasonal offerings at Atria's Richland (don't miss their Octoberfest, or any of the other Holiday or other specialties)... always a nice variety of entrée items, great tasting, and nice presentation.
We loved our waitress..outstanding
Our bus boy was always asking if we wanted more bread and water
Food was excellent!
Always like the Pot Roast Nachos, fish taco ok, hamburger sliders great!
Our server, Rachel, was excellent! She has been our server previously and she's always GREAT!!!
Good food as usual. Drinks are priced too high. Average service.
My husband and I love Richland's Atrias! It's our go to for holidays, birthdays, and date night! The Prime Rib special on Valentine's Day was to die for! We always have a good meal there! Their happy hour is great too!
Excellent!!! We plan to return. Very enjoyable experience and we would highly recommend.
Didn’t have the one entree I came for. Ran out! One of their most popular dishes. Wouldn’t think they would run out!
Atrias is one of our favorite restaurants. We live in Beaver and it takes about 1 hour. I just wish the restaurant in Wexford was still open. We really miss it! By the way, we had a fabulous server this past Sunday!
Our server was very attentive. Food came within a reasonable amount of time. Delicious food--generous portions but not TOO much.
We had reservations, and the restaurant was not crowded. It took a long time for someone to even take our drink order. we had to ask for bread and were told that the bread runner called off. We did eventually get bread. Three of the four of us were not happy with our meals. One had a salmon salad and the salmon was almost raw. One had a pot roast that was tough. I had the salmon dinner, which I have ordered often, and the veggies were bland and the salmon was tough. The server did not come back and ask about drink refills. Normally we all really like going to Atria's but this was not a good experience.
Food is consistently good. Service on this visit was not good. They were clearly understaffed for a Saturday night. Salads showed up with entrees.
Good food at a good price. We were there on a Friday night and it was very busy. Staffing seemed to be in adequate for the crowd. However the staff was pleasant and apologetic.
We always have had a good experience at Atria’s and this was no exception. Good food at a reasonable cost and nice ambiance!
Always good food, and great service. Used a coupon sent to me by Atrai's. Will be back again this month.
We have been there many times on new years and have never has such a bad experience. They sat us at a dirty a table and did not come back to clean. Service was poor and there was not a smile on a server in the place. Food came out undercooked and when it was sent back it was obviously put in a microwave and returned. And the entire plate was placed in the microwave. It was not even crowded at the time we were there. Very poor experience
Atria's kitchen, bar, and wait staff were ill equipped to handle a NYE dinner service despite offering a limited menu.
The main goal of a waiter should be to encourage you to increase your bill by adding in appetizers, drinks, and dessert. We ordered an appetizer and drinks without being offered only to have them never arrive. Service was non existent. Entrees were served ice cold. Unfortunately this was par for the course for the other diners in our section. No one, and I mean no one, received their meal without incident of a mistake, forgotten appetizers or empty glasses.
Would not recommend and won't return.
Excellent food, as usual, but service was slow due to it being New Year's Eve. Portion size this night was small.
Had a reservation, but still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. We were then seated at a dirty table and waited another 10 minutes to be greeted. Drinks were empty most of the meal and we had to ask twice for bread. The food was just okay, nothing exceptional. We waited almost a half hour for food. Atria's is slowly declining. It used to be so great, not so much the case anymore.
We had been at this restaurant last year and the service was terrible and the wait time for drinks and food was horrible even though restaurant was empty the evening we were there. We were very hesitant on going back but we received gift cards for Christmas so we gave it another shot. We went on New Years Eve, had reservations and were very pleased to say we were seated as soon as we walked through the door. They obviously were crowded and we did wait a little more than average for our waitress to take our drink and food orders but it wasn't nearly as bad as our previous visit and we had more patience knowing it was a major holiday and they did have a crowd. The menu was a special one for New Years Eve but it did offer a variety of their regular entrees at the same price. I had the crab cakes which were absolutely the best I've ever had. It came with asparagus and mushroom risotto which was also very good. My husband had the twin fillets and crab cake dinner which he was very pleased with. He also tried the sherry crab bisque which was the best. So we were very pleased with this visit to Atria's and we would return. We are glad we gave it another chance.
Overall good meal for the price. Servers were really on the ball taking care of our table.
The good for the price wasn’t as good as we hoped. The menu was limited.
My wife's steak was overdone. They offered to re-do, but were out of that cut of steak (at 7pm on a Saturday night). They brought her a different cut at no charge.
My meal came out baked as though it sat under a heat lamp.
Went for Thanksgiving. The reservation was for 6:45 but didn't get seated till after 7:30. The was okay because we sat at the bar. However, we didn't get happy hour prices. So the bar bill was high with each of us getting two drinks. The table and the service was good, but not table cloth! I expect that in high end dining. I thought that the value of the price fixed meal was poor at $25.00 - soup/salad, entree, and dessert. I chose the ham instead of the turkey which was sliced ham like at a deli in stead of Ham steak. My wife had the pumpkin pie which I thought was horrible (Where did you find such lousy pumpkin pie?). I ordered the apple pie ala-mode. They had no ice cream, and it was cold right out of the refrigerator. All-in-all, an upscale restaurant with a special fixed priced Thanksgiving dinner should have done a better job.
I come every year but usually before 5:00 pm. The service was extremely slow — we were there twice as long as usual. Will come back next year but earlier.
went there for thanksgviing. have been in the past and has been great. this year the food was cool and not tasteful. sevrice was very slow. Will not go back next year
This was the first Thanksgiving without my
Mom. I wanted to do something special for my father. So this seemed a good choice. After being seated, it took 15 minutes for our server to even greet us. Over an hour later and still no dinner. We watched tables seated after us getting their meals. My father spoke up to another waiter who brought our food right away. The manager apologised and discounted the bill $5.47. Food was excellent. The service not so much. Very disappointed. Left a generous tip but not quite as generous as we were planning on giving. I really felt like we didnt matter.
We had our family Thanksgiving meal at Atria's in Richland. It was busy but our server was personable and patient. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed a delicious meal. It was a very positive experience and we were pleased that we chose Atria's to celebrate our Thanksgiving holiday.
we found prices of entrees a little higher than we expected.
Family gathering
6 of us came for dinner. Pork filet gorgonzola was delicious. Cooked perfectly. Others enjoyed burgers, ribs, fish. All meals really very good.
People were very kind and the food was delicious!! Thank you!!
Any time I want good food, and good service, I go to Atria's in Richland.
Staff and food is always very good , and Octoberfest offerings should not be missed!
The restaurant was very busy so service was a bit slow, but the food was absolutely delicious!
This was our second annual visit to Atria's-Richland for Octoberfest and it was a disappointing experience compared to last year. We traveled over 30 miles one-way to meet with friends coming from the opposite direction. Two menu items that we ordered or planned to order were not available and several meals seemed to be slightly beyond "done." Although we very much enjoy the seasonal menu, we may be unlikely to visit Richland next year for another Octoberfest.
Great Waiter...always a pleasure.
