Atria's - Richland
For over half a century, people have made Atria's their very own Pittsburgh neighborhood restaurant. Come and see what makes us different!
Had a late Sunday dinner with my family, and we chose Atria's since we were in the area and have visited this location numerous times with positive results. We had a fantastic waiter in Adam- very attentive. My only reason for 4 stars is that they got rid of the awesome bread and replaced with rolls which were hard and not easy for my 3 1/2 year old to eat. Also, I ordered the Chicken Piccata, and there had to be at least an entire jar of capers in the dish. WAY too many for my liking. Otherwise, our experience was great. We will definitely come back to this location, as it's the closest one to us since PNC Park and Wexford are no longer. :-(
I loved their warm bread. They discontinued and serve hard stall rolls instead
Our waitress Jen was friendly and attentive! The martinis she recommended were great and food was very good.
Made my burger wrong, by the time it was fixed my family was done eating.
Great service. Food excellent. Crab cake dinner was the best. .
good food, service was well-timed but hope next time we will be seated away from the kitchen...
We had a reservation but were seated at a high top near the bar. We had 3 different servers, and had to ask for everything - bread, drinks, water, etc. The bisque was delicious, and the rest of our meal was pretty good. But no one bothered to check back to see if everything was ok. It didn't appear that the main dining room was extremely busy, so I guess they just didn't have enough servers. But the service has definitely gone down hill the past few times we've been there to eat.
The service was excellent. The food was delicious. Atria’s is an excellent restaurant!
Ryan greeted us with, “Been a while since I’ve seen you” then added “but the last time you were here, you sat in the same place!” How nice to be remembered! The food was scrumptious and the service top notch all evening. Ryan makes his bartender role professional and doesn’t treat it as just a job. Great personnel working for Atria’s in service for outstanding dining - right in our neighborhood! We recommend it and will definitely be back!!
Ordered strip steaks ,order med rare ,came out well done and tough as a shoe.never offered to remake the steaks .Chef came out to apologize and offered a desert.Went home hungry.Manager adjusted the check. But we didn’t eat.
New York Strip was one of the best steaks I've had.
Excellent food and excellent service.
We had a very good waitress and it was very nice. A little noisy but we were near the bar area.
This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is excellent. The service cannot be beat. We dine here often.
Our waiter was great. Food was perfectly seasoned and we were impressed. Definitely would come back again
Delicious fish sandwich
We can always count on a nice meal and good service at the Atria's in Richaland, we were a little disappointed that we had made a reservation and requested a booth, but the computer was down and when we arrived for our 5:30 dinner no booth was available.
The staff went out of their way to make us happy, and dinner was excellent.
We keep trying to support our local Atria's in Richland. But they continue to struggle with inconsistency. Tonight there food was good, but the service was so-so, possibly due to understaffing. First, the hostess said she had no record of the reservation we made through open table. But we were able to get a table as the place wasn't full. We waited a while before anyone came over to take our order & he didn't realize we hadn't already been waited on. From there the service was very attentive until your food was delivered. No one came over to see if our orders were correct or if we needed anything. My husband's fish dinner came without coleslaw and ketchup. We tried to catch the attention of the hostess while she was cleaning tables because we didn't see or waiter anywhere. The waiter didn't come back until we finished eating. He offered free beverages or dessert. But, we were ready to leave. I know they're trying to improve, but we'll take another break from this location again. There are too many other good restaurants around.
Nice atmosphere good food staff was courteous and attentive.
Adam the server was awesome. Super friendly made our visit great. We will return because of him. Thanks for a great evening. The general manager was very professional and nice to talk too
It was great! Adam was a fantastic waiter.
Jason is a great waiter!! Food was good. Always happy when we come here.
We normally dine at Atria's for special night out. We reserved a table for Valentine's Day and were seated immediately but waited over 20 minutes for a server to approach us. When he did we had no problem with the service from that point except for waiting for our food. Adam was very attentive and accommodating. Wanting to order the Valentine special we were told they were out of lobster. Very disappointing. No lobster tail and the steak was overdone when it finally came after another 20 min. wait. Up to this point we have always been satisfied with the service and the food. I won't book a table for any holiday after this.
Pleasantly surprised... wonderful service, good food and value. Will return.
The service (waiter) was great entertaining and responsive to our needs. The food was not very good. We ordered three Salmon dinners that were very over cooked, and very small. there were two other people in our party that ordered the Ahi Tuna Appetizer and it was not very good. One of our friends ordered the New York Strip it was pretty good and there are no complaint with it.
Overall the dinner was not very good nor was it worth the money. The waiter was very good.
We celebrated my birthday at Atria's. The waiter was very helpful in making our menu selections. He also surprised me with a complimentary dessert with a birthday candle to finish the meal. The Italian food selections were great and the parmesan chicken was delicious.
The interior is dated
Service was excellent
The waiter was friendly prompt and efficient
Food was average
Not a bad experience, but nothing to draw me back soon
Good food and great service!
Very busy at restaurant tonight.
Had the twin filets which were very tasty....the only bad thing was that it was like someone dumped a salt shaker into the mashed potatos...Always receive excellent service!
Our server Adam was awesome. Personable, attentive and accurate. Food was delicious and the usual value we always expect from Atria's. Thanks for a great meal!
The service was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive. The food was excellent tasting and hot when it arrived at our table. We go to Atria’s every year for Christmas Eve dinner and plan to continue to so do!
We met at Atria's to have dinner with friends. The atmosphere was warm and there was a good buzz of convivial conversation. We had a great dinner with excellent first course and wonderful crab bisque soup. We never felt rushed and enjoyed a good time with friends.
Wish I could add less Than one star. Extremely horrible service. Didn't get what we ordered. Didn't order salad didnt get it but got charged. Ordered lobster bisque soup got butter squash. Ordered tuna never got it
It was Thanksgiving so I’m not going to be too critical but we’re seated 55 minutes past our reservation time. The staff was apologetic and did their best once we were seated. No blackberry juice for their special Old Fashioned - which is my favorite. They did put out some cheese and fruit for the customers who were waiting. The Crab Bisque was more like pudding than soup although the my son’s squash soup got high marks. Food came surprisingly fast with the turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes and green beans all OK. All of the pies were gone so we offered regular menu desserts which were fine. Our server was efficient and in a surprisingly good spirits for the end of a long day. It is rare for us to go out on a Holiday so I’m not sure if this is the usual here or anywhere. Being a late reservation some of this is not surprising but I’m not sure we would try it again.
The two of us (mother and daughter) went to Atria's for Thanksgiving. The restaurant was very busy and the wait for a table was longer than normal, but all the staff still managed things pretty well under the circumstances. The food was tasty and they provided a special menu for the day, although they ran out of Cranberry sauce by the time we were served. Mom uses a walker and they were able to find a table where we could stash the walker in a corner. We were grateful for that, and also for a good holiday meal without all the work. We will consider going again or picking up carryout next year, assuming this Atria's location continues to offer Thanksgiving Dinner.
Unfortunately, we went for Thanksgiving dinner. They underestimated the time it would take to flip tables, and were running 45 minutes behind for those with reservations. We were a table of 3 there for 3.5 hours for a fixed menu dinner. Staff just couldn't keep up. Food was "OK" but prep seemed rushed and not as good as their usual food. They ran out of cranberries, and wedding soup early on. They need to plan better next time.
The food is great but they just overbook their reservations on holidays. They get behind and people start getting cranky. Not a good start to an otherwise delicious meal.
We have not eaten at Atria's for approximately several years. Someone gave us a gift card , so we tried Atria's again. We were pleasantly surprised with the menu changes, and the food was excellent. My husband had the crab cakes which were yummy, and I had the chopped salad with chicken which was also really good. We have been there again, and when we buy out gift cards to eat out Atria's is among the ones we buy.
We have not been to Atria's in about 5 years as we did not like the old menu. We were pleasantly surprised with the menu changes. The food was excellent. I had the chicken chopped salad which I really enjoyed. My husband had the crab cake sandwich which was delicious. A friend had given us a gift card. That is what brought us back. We are already planning our next meal there.
3rd time having my old favorite chicken piccata, 3 times it was different. Last night a white sauce, very weird. I’m moving on to something else. Service as always was excellent.
