    Their web page does not update their hours for their winter hours. We went there for dinner Friday night and it was closed. They are only open from 11 am to 3 pm! How hard is it to change the web page so customers know the correct times?

    Went after another Steelers victory over the Browns, and on New Year's Eve. Food is good, nothing spectacular but solid. Restaurant did a good job communicating given it was New Year's Eve. Meal was served quickly and server was efficient. I would recommend as a good place pre or post game for Pirates or Steelers game.

    Met an old work friend for lunch. I picked her up and drove over to the restaurant. Short drive from downtown and cheaper parking. Good comfort food and lunch specials. Beer selection was good as well.

    Thanksgiving meal was excellent! We were seated at the exact reservation time we were scheduled for, no waiting. Would go for Thanksgiving again!

    We always enjoy Atrias. The food is always good with a great variety of choices. I often struggle choosing between numerous options. Their BBQ ribs just fall off the bone. My husband loves the Sherry Crab Bisque Soup. Our waitress was excellent.

    Had a couple of the Oktoberfest menu items. Both were very good. One negative is that the place is in need of a good cleaning. The busy baseball season has been over for a few weeks now but carpeting really dirty throughout, especially stairs to second floor.

    Food was great, ambiance was great, unfortunately even though our waitress was nice she got our orders messed up a bit, charged us for a couple wrong things and told us a couple wrong prices and mumbled and was hard to hear. Apparently she was having personal issues and was off her game.

    I ate here and had an amazing server, great customer service, and a wonderful time. We ate outside, but our server was attentive. We had a couple minor issues with our food, which were fixed quickly and thoroughly.

    Made a reservation for same day dinner. Arrived for reservation and was told that reservations had to be made at least a day in advance as they don't check the site for reservations during regular business hours for same day reservations. Frustrating.

    Went two hours before ballgame. Ate outside so noise level not a problem. (Inside is very dark and depressing). I didn't know they use a limited menu on game days, which offered narrow selection of items. My salad was passable. My fiends pasta was just ok. Service is speedy bc they want to turnover the tables. I guess it is better than the mostly unhealthy and over-priced food in the stadium but you can do much better in town.

    We love the original Atria's, but were very disappointed in our experience at this location. Our food took over an hour to arrive with only 5-8 tables in the whole restaurant during our dinner. There appeared to be only 2 servers working the entire restaurant. Our rice was still crunchy and overcooked. The server indicated the mac n cheese didn't have a smoke flavor, but when it arrived, the smoke flavor was too overwhelming to eat it. The only saving grace was the pot roast nachos, which were excellent as ever. We will not return to this location.

    It took almost an Hour for 4 of us to receive our meals, and we were close to being late for the Pirates game because of it. Two of us received Coleslaw as a side, and mine had exactly 3 bites to it (served as an extra "side"), while the other one was Overflowing out of the bowl. When we were paying for Both sides, as they were ordered extra, you would expect them Both to be the same size, and the size of an actual side dish, not a "taste". The waitress was new, and would not stop talking. When she finally did, she had to ask us several times what we ordered, even though she wrote it down. The food was good, but portion sizes and service, not so much.

    We came to eat before the U2 concert and enjoyed a lively outdoor atmosphere with a local band playing and an outstanding street side bartender. Our food orders were prepared as ordered. Unfortunately, the staff was overwhelmed by the crowd, and it took exceedingly long for our meals and drinks to arrive. One staffer commented that they were caught off guard, not knowing about the concert. We dine often at Atrias in Mt Lebanon, McMurray, and PNC Park and always enjoy our meals. The menu is high quality American bistro. Luckily, we had the extra time and the weather was perfect. People watching and the band made the delays tolerable, and the outside bartender kept up with our thirst while the inside staff couldn't. Perhaps a quick read of local events in the paper or online might help estimate staffing requirements in the future.

    Good place to pregame bc of location. A bit slow and they got my sons order wrong 3x. When I asked the hostess the Third time to get our waitress (who was good just overwhelmed) she didn't even know who was attending to us. If mgmt could get their act together here they would have a gold mine. Simple menu should not take 1.25 hrs to push out simple food.

    fantasticly helpful in solving my many food intolerance issues. waitress was super. the chef came out to talk to us... I hope that your restaurant continues to excel & be successful. We live 200 miles away but this was our 2nd visit; we celebrated our 44th anniversary there. ,Hope to see you again next yr. Bill & Marlene

    Went for the Mother's Day brunch. Waited over a hour for our food and the restaurant was not that crowded. Had four people in our party. When our food finally came out 3 of us got our food. Had to wait over another 5 minutes before the final meal came out.

    Table ready. Understaffed for lunch crowd, however, manager responded quickly to our table's unusual delay by adjusting our bill and offering gift cards to come see them again. Impressed with that pro-active move! We'll go back as a result.

    Was told by the staff that on game day's they don't take reservation times. So why does the OpenTable app allow you to select a reservation time for game day? Either flag it so the app won't allow app users to make a reservation time, or communicate better to the staff that reservations are allowed.

    We were the only ones at Atria's and it took our service forever to bring us our food. it should not take that long from order-kitchen-to table. I have been at other Atria's and the service is far much better.

    We were late for our reservation but we're still seated as soon as we arrived. Our waiter, Chris, greeted us and had our cocktails to us in 5 minutes - he was a true pleasure the entire visit. The hummus appetizer was the perfect light start to the evening. The main course, however, stole the show. I have the bacon wrapped pork medallions with Gorgonzola...I have never had pork melt in my mouth before! My husband had the twin filets with two lump crab cakes and practically licked his plate clean. Really cool murals (music and sports) and fun photos of retired Pirates players. We'll visit again the next time we are in Pittsburgh-no doubt.

    Unfortunately I was unable to make this reservation, it was my birthday and my husband had surprised me with dinner plans. It was too late to cancel .I feel bad, I've never done that before. We definitely will be there April 6th.

    I went there for a business lunch. Not being from the area I wasn't familiar with good lunch spots. We went here per recommendation of my client and the food was great, service great, and overall great setting close to the baseball setting. Not too expensive but still quality food, would recommend it to others looking for a casual yet quality meal in the downtown Pittsburgh area.

    We specifically chose this location on the date visited because we were interested in Sunday brunch. They have brunch advertised until 2pm. We arrived at 1 pm and were told there is no brunch menu. Everything was fine and the food was excellent, but had we known they didn't have brunch (as advertised) we would have went somewhere else.

    We did not stay after arriving. The menu was not what was first advertised and I made the reservation. Later ads said that only PNC Atrias was not serving the Valentine menu. After I made the reservation, I did not check the other ads. This is the third time I had trouble with this Atrias. I do not see me going there again. We used to really enjoy going there, but lately, to me, it has gone down hill. @ years ago they did not have my New Years Eve reservation. Lat year they did not have my Jazz Brunch reservation. We were put up on the balcony and could not hear the music. A manager did call us and try to make it right after I complained. Once I could see, but this is the third time and I believe I am done with Atrias.

    I had been to Atria's in Fox Chapel over 10 years ago and was not sure of what to expect but dinner was awesome. Everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed their entrees (chicken parmesan, pot roast, brisket and ribs and pot roast nachos) and there was not one complaint. This is saying a lot since we are all pretty picky. Our server was excellent and was always there to make sure we didn't need anything. Thank you for a great meal and a great night!

    The food here is always consistently good. It's more of a traditional menu- crab cakes, steak, chicken piccata, etc. But it's good food for a good price. Perhaps the most original item on the menu and my favorite is the pork medallions with potato pancakes.

    Reservation was for 6 people but the table sat 4. They made my 85 year old mother walk the steps for a table for 6. The pork medallions were raw. Substituted chicken but never adjusted the bill for the cheaper meal. The chicken dinner should have had asparagus. It was delivered at the end of the meal. We were forgotten on the second floor. Would not recommend for New Years Eve.
