Atria's - Pleasant Hills Ratings and Reviews
We met our son and daughter in law there and wanted to update them on recent news of the extended family. We were seated near the kitchen and the bar was so crowded that the noise made it very difficult to hear each other speak. I could barely get by the crowd standing around when I carried my infant grandson to the restroom. We thought 5 pm was early enough to miss the big Friday night crowd, but we hadn't thought about Atria's being such a big happy hour spot besides being a restaurant. We had good service, in spite of people that brought the food out mixing up whose plate was whose. My dietary allergy needs were accommodated without a hassle, which is very much appreciated. The food was good and well presented.
The flatbread appetizer was great. We have had the pot roast nachos before and they are very good. I had the prime rib. Very tasty. My wife had the pecan/maple crusted salmon. Quite enjoyable. Been there several times and never really had a bad meal. Noise level is a little high but tolerable.
We always come for the New Year's Eve menu - surf and turf. I just thought at $34 it was a little sparse for the cost. No small "house salad" included, salad and soup was $4.99 extra, a truly "PETITE" filet, a very petite lobster tail, and 5-6 thin asparagus spears. Could a baked potato, rice pilaf, or risotto really cut down the profit that significantly? Those items are very inexpensive. Otherwise, we enjoyed the meal and atmosphere.
We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and the restaurant was packed. They sat us right away without question! We had the best service that we’ve ever had at any restaurant — EVER! Alicia was perfect and we never had a dirty plate or empty glass on the table. I’m super impressed considering how busy everyone was and the food was spot on. Excellent experience
Two friends, my husband, and I came to Atria's for Oktoberfest. The food was superb and the service was great. Loved the variety of choices. Everyone ordered something different, and each of us loved the meal ordered. I loved the sauerbraten. It is the best I have had at any restaurant. So glad we finally have an Atria's in Pleasant Hills.
We always have a wonderful meal there. It is our "go to" place for birthdays and our anniversary. We especially love Octoberfest and, lucky for us, our anniversary is in October. We would, however, like to have a quieter dining experience. The noise level is too high.
Food was excellent as was the service. Despite it being a very busy night we were seated immediately and never went wondering where the staff went. When they ran out of ingredients for a signature cocktail, they comped the drink. Just beware this is NOT the place for a quiet dinner. The noise level is high, and nothing really separated the lively bar area from the dining area
Went for our anniversary dinner? The place was so loud we could not even talk with each other could not get out of there soon enough? We were all the way out frt sitting by the Windows? The food was good too bAd we could not stay and enjoy it? Next time Definately Mt Lebanon!
We had dinner at the chef counter where we sat ignored at the beginning .A piece of bread and a glass of water as you sit down goes long way. We eventually got our bread and butter together with our steak meal.. We did not have a server ... or we had 3 servers , we cannot tell. If you go here have no set expectations... it can go either way. We had it bad, I hope you have it good . As a side note we were told that tables were not available in the back room, although several table were free for the duration of our stay . Go figure
