Atria's - Pleasant Hills
My partner and I have been coming here for years for dinner and never have a bad meal, but it seems like this place is really starting to fall downhill lately. I ordered of the Oktoberfest menu (can't remember the name) but the roast beef was dry along with the dumplings, and I couldn't even eat it. My partner said that it had sat in the window for a long while. I pushed it to the side and the waiter asked if I wanted a box and I told him no, because the meal was terrible. He asked me if he could get me anything else and I told her no as Rich had finished eating and we were ready to go. He acted liked he didn't even can. He gave me 2 cups of crab bisque and send us on our way. I'm not sure if we're ever going to come back. We've been long customers of Atria's, and we have never had this terrible of service.
We love going to this restaurant! I have never had a bad meal there yet, they always have new specials that I love to try.
The Octoberfest menu is amazing. The Chef personally came to our table and we had high praise for the food and the service. 2 thumbs up to all from the hostess, to the server, to the chef!!!!!
We love sitting at the chefs table chatting with the wait staff and chefs! It makes our. Igor complete.
We are at Atrias every other weekend and I have noticed that the restaurant could use a good cleaning. The floors need to be swept/vacuumed and the counters need to be wiped. It is very dusty around the booths.
We ate here three times in the past week and the food is interesting and very good. The orange-glazed salmon was delicious and crab cakes are always great. Love their island rice and the vegetable quinoa. One night, a member of our party was unhappy with the preparation of his steak. He was still not pleased after sending it back to the kitchen twice, so the manager kindly took it off the bill.
Visited for happy hour for drinks and apps. Everything was wonderful
Happy Hour price for the Nachos is great. The regular price of $13+ is too much for this appetizer. Our server, Carl, was excellent and very personable The noise level is still very loud especially with the bar and surrounding tables full. I don't know what can be done with the acoustics...but very loud.
Excellent service from our waitress! Food is always solid here!
We ordered soups and Appetizers never received appetizers only one of us got our soup and we didn’t see our server until our main courses came out. My dinner was under cooked twice. Very disappointed especially with the amount of money I spent.
For making a reservation, I was not happy being seated right by the kitchen, when their were plenty of open tables.. I would have asked to move but when I saw the waiter, we had once before we really liked him
Thats the only reason I stayed at the table we were seated at because of our waiter . He was super..
As always, service and food was.outstanding. Chicken Parm was delicious with a side of extra sauce. Half rack of ribs would rival any smoke house or BBQ. Island Rice definitely worth trying.
Great experience. Quite noisy. Difficult to hear my partner.
All good except for noise level. Too noisy for my preference.
We went for a birthday celebration. Everything was great. Our server was Emily. She was very attentive, friendly, and did a super job. Thank you Atrias
The food was delicious and our server was very friendly and attentive. My only complaint—it was a busy Saturday evening and the restaurant was very noisy.
Always good food and great service at the pleasant hills location.
Food was good but it was too loud!
Outstanding meal. outstanding service, we had THE BEST server, I forgot her name, but we have had her in the past absolutely wonderful and goes out of her way to ensure we are satisfied and attended to during the entire dinner.
Our waiter,Jeff, was excellent. The steak salad, pork chop, and fried zucchini were delicious. Loved the rolls, too.
Overall food and service was great. The chicken pot pie is a favorite of mine and I convinced my sister to try it. She loved it too!
Service was good, although the restaurant is usually noisy. It was crowded and the bar was full, so the noise level was up there.
Pricing is a bit higher but food is cooked to order and fresh!
I would recommend!
Food was very good. Salmon was cooked perfectly..A few people taking care of our needs. Very attentive. Nice array of desserts... Lemon cake was a hit!
Great. Food and atmosphere
Excellent food and atmosphere. We have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. They have a diverse menu and will accommodate guests with special dietary concerns
We definitely recommend this Atria's location. Our food was delicious and served at the right temperature. Our server Ashley was terrific, very accommodating and knew the menu.
They had a Jazz group playing, they were very good.
Kudos to the management and service staff. Great Birthday celebration !!
I was part of a party of four, seated at a booth table in the main dining area on a Tuesday evening before 7pm. The noise in the restaurant was so loud that we could neither communicate with each other nor with the server. The meal was overshadowed by having to holler at each other, and strain to hear one another. There was a sense of relief when we left the restaurant.
Great as usual late dinner so quieter than normal
Great ribs and great service. Perfect martini! We have ALWAYS enjoyed our time at Atria’s.
It looks nice.
I enjoyed watching the open kitchen.
The staff was okay.
Food. Price was okay if the food was any good at all.
We started with the seared ahi tuna bites as an appetizer. On the menu it states that you can order the tuna by how done you would like it to be. So I ordered the meal medium rare. I wanted some pink in the middle. We didnt wait too long when the waitress came by and said that the kitchen was recooking the app because they had over cooked it the first time. That was fine, but when we got the meal it was way over cooked. No pink. At all. It was cold and served with a mess of soggy greens. It also was not what I would consider bites, but strips.
The bread was cold and unpleasant.
My dinner which was a grilled chicken salad tasted fine, but the portion of chicken was tiny. Most of the salad was tortilla strips. The garlic dressing is good.
My husband ordered the chicken parmesan. Now it had good flavor, but half of it was squishy, the other half was hard. And even worse was the the pasta that came with the meal was very over cooked.
The waitress either knew the food wasn't great or picked up on how we felt because she kept asking us if it was okay. Like ten times. My husband didn't eat any of the pasta and said he did not like his meal so she removed that from the bill.
We will never eat there again, but I feel like the kitchen needs some work and it may be a better experience in the future.
My daughter was celebrating her birthday and wanted to have a dinner at Atrias. The restaurant was really decorated nicely. We were early for our reservation but was seated quickly. The food was terrific. Our favorite is the Chicken Parm. Our server was Alicia and she was awesome. She made my daughter feel special and her service was outstanding. It was a terrific experience...You definitely need to go to this restaurant if you haven't tried it. Sign up for the Birthday Club too. Thank you Alicia! :)
Our first time and we loved it! I would absolutely recommend Atria's in Pleasant Hills to our family and friends that live in the Pittsburgh area.
We went to Atria's for our 50th wedding anniversary. Our waitress, Alicia, was very good and took wonderful care of us. The food was very good and plentiful. Our waitress brought us a brownie and ice cream desert for us to share to help celebrate our anniversary. They also did not charge us for our sodas. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Atria's to all of our friends. Thank you for helping us celebrate our anniversary.
Having Jazz there is what drew me in. It is great to see.
Great service and food was very good. I usually have a good experience there!
I tried their new marinated chicken wrap and just loved it. It was very tasty and juicy and was a big wrap.
This is my second meal at this location and their service is amazing. Food is incredible too!
The food and service was very good as usual but the noise level is just tooooo loud in the dining area. It's okay to be loud in the bar area but for dinner I would like it to be more quiet. Maybe a piece of glass between the bar and dining area would help a little.
A lot of food good for the money. Too many fries actually - one order is enough for 4 people. Soup is great.
could have not asked for a better evening with family...
What a great experience. Thank you Tonya for your friendly service and ensuring we have a great evening!!!
