Our waitress was so pleasant what a delight
Great evening spent at the high top table in the tavern watching the hockey playoff game and enjoying great drinks and scrumptious appetizers with friends and family!!
The menu on the websie did not match the menu at the restaurant. The item I selected included a salad with the entree but when i went to the restaurant it did not. Also, several of the items on the website menu were not on the restaurant menu and that s why we selected them for our dinner. Also the waitress was a bit too edgy for me. Made me feel stupid when I asked a question regarding the filet, if it was fish or beef
We had a reservation for 6:30 pm. We arrived at 6:25 pm and we’re seated quickly. It took a while for our waitress to make first contact but she was friendly and knowledgeable about menu. We both ordered a glass of wine. My glass was served with someone else’s lipstick residue...very gross. I saw it immediately and our waitress was very apologetic. She removed the offending glass. However I watched her pour the wine from that glass to a new glass. Ick! I would have thought a fresh pour was in order. We both ordered the pork tenderloin; I asked for ‘no pink’ and my husband asked for medium well. Mine was served slightly pink, his was really pink.
We had a very short dinner and most likely will not eat there again
This was our second time at the restaurant. Our servers was fantastic! Food was great.
We were celebrating Easter and a
Birthday. Our waiter, Kenny, was the
The food was delicious and we will be
coming back soon.
My friend and I had a wonderful lunch with great service and a very friendly waitress. We didn't feel rushed at all!
The food and service are always good and consistent.
Hostess was rude. When we arrived, I approached the hostess and she asked for my name with an unnecessarily rude tone by loudly saying “NAME?” After I gave my name, she then took a phone call that took about a minute, she was extremely rude to the person on the phone and finally told them they could call back in an hour. She then told me that our table would be ready in 20 minutes. There are only two seats to wait and it is too cold to wait outside, so the bar is the only option. The hostess then tells us—after breaking the news that our wait is going to be 20 minutes (even though we used OpenTable)—that we should go to the bar. One of the employees assisting the hostess noticed how rude the hostess was to us (her tone of voice was really inappropriate) then assures us that they will work to seat us promptly. We then walk into the bar area and it is completely full with no open seating and it’s difficult to get a drink at the bar. At that point with no drink, no seats at the bar, no seating area, the hostess being generally rude to us and others, we decided to leave. We have no plans to ever go back.
My spouse and I enjoy Atria's occasionally. Their food and service are predictably good. I really like the October Fest menu. Their chopped salad is one of our favorite salads (something like 13 fresh vegetables are in it). Saturday seems like their busiest night; I suggest reservations. Some noise, but I would rather have the minor noise than wonder why no one is there.
Sister and brother in law were in from Charleston, S.C.
Although I booked in advance, service was exceedingly s-l-o-w. This was a Sunday afternoon, and we went after the spring musical at a local high school. We had a group of six, and although people came in after us – our food was last to come out. It was still good, but really shortstaffed. We will go back, but I hope that whoever is scheduling pays attention to local events and staffs accordingly in the future.
We had a great time with some very close friends. A great meal topped it off!
Excellent fresh food...perfect service
We enjoyed our dinner with my brother who is moving to Baltimore next month and this was like a farewell occasion for the four of us. In fact, my husband and I will be there with my son and his new wife for her birthday which is today (19th).
Waiter had too many tables to serve adequately. Without question, understaffed for a Saturday dinnertime.
Our waiter didn’t come by very often. We were left with empty water glasses and had to ask repeatedly for more water. Took a while for our food to come, which is tougher with little ones.
Good service provided. Usually get the pot roast, but decided to try the crab cakes. The crab cakes were very full of crab, but the seasoning was overwhelming with an overbearing dijon taste. Waitress kindly offered another dish and discounted it from my bill. Overall a good experience, and I highly recommend other dishes, but not the crab cakes.
Our dinners were served before our salads. There was a long delay in serving drinks. They need to look at how they staff.
Enjoyed a special Valentine's Day dinner here. The special menu was perfect for the evening.
We were seated immediately and we never felt rushed during our entire experience...from champagne toast to shared appetizer to soup to Surf and Turf meal to coffee and shared chocolate cake. Everything was wonderful!!!
The food and service here have really declined in the past year. We used to love this restaurant. Service was horrible (again) and food was “okay”.
Atria's has always been one of our favorite places for good food and service, and on this occasion they did not disappoint. My wife had the Miso Salmon and I had the Pork Medallions Gorgonzola (one of my favorites). Both were excellent. No shortcuts were evident even with the crowd expected on Valentine's Day.
The hostess took people to seat them before us, just because they complained about the wait. We were patiently waiting and rewarded unjustly for it.
The restaurant was running a special on 1/2 price wine bottles if it was a wine that could be ordered by the glass. First the manger said our wine didn't qualify but he would give it to us. I showed him the email from Atria's and he said it was confusing.
The waitress was wonderful and save an evening out. The food was very good.
Had reservations but it was very busy and we got seated at a high top table in the bar area. Took a half hour to get our drinks and almost an hour to get our appetizer. Food was ok when we finally did get it but my water glass sat empy for 20 minutes before someone came to fill it. Bread was never offered to us and salad and soup are extra and not included in meal. Way too noisy too with so many people talking. Not relaxing at all.
We were seated immediately. Fast, efficient service. Good food and good price. Very enjoyable.
This has become one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants.
I LOVE Atria’s. The wait staff is always on point, food is delicious and the hostess is so kind.
Our waiter Kenny was wonderful. Very attentive. And the food was delicious!
Steve was our server and he was very efficient and nice even though he seemed to be very busy. A party in the separate room was a bit loud with some screaming/crying little ones so it was a bit nosier than usual. Overall a very nice experience for my Mom's birthday. Thank you!
Had a good burger and fries - service was excellent
Our evening did not start out well since we had a reservation but ended up waiting almost 40 minutes to be seated. To be fair both our server and the manager did apologize for the excessive delay. They also gave both my wife and I a free dessert. The meal was excellent and our server did provide very good service. I believe they were just severely overbooked and almost everyone who made a reservation actually showed up. We will go back but probably not during “normal “ dinner time.
Such excellent wait staff. Welcoming and efficient!
love Atria's and the food.........excellent preparation and presentation........
Great food and service.
Excellent as always. Great service. Great food. Like the new happy hour.
Always a very enjoyable experience for the food and service. We always comeback for more good times.
I've been to Atria's often over the years but have seen myself visiting less and less of late. The menu continues to get smaller and smaller. I was hoping to enjoy an entree from their Winter Menu on 1/6 but was told that they hadn't begun offering the Winter Menu to check back in a few weeks. Until Atria's receives word that winter begins in December I won't be back.
Have eaten dinner here twice, once at a pre-arranged event and another for a family celebration. The staff is very personable and attentive. During our most recent visit (New Year's Day) several menu items were not available, but staff was apologetic and offered many great alternatives. Food is a good value, but drinks are over-priced.
I will never dine at this facility again, poor organization very rude staff...we left before even getting seated
We waited over an hour to be seated. Some meals were OK but the surf and turf were minuscule and average in taste/texture.
This was the second time I've had dinner here. I would describe the general feeling of the place as inviting and comfortable. The food both times was outstanding with the menu full of a variety of choices. Most definitely will return again.
