great food and service------------------------------------------------------
always enjoy my dining experience at Atria's!!
Everything we ordered was delicious, as always. The ambience and comfort of the restaurant are always top-notch. There were a number of disappointments. The two young men hosts are not friendly or welcoming. Our server was pleasant, but was not there when we needed him. Beverage refills lagged. Bussers brought out two of our dishes, but ignored empty glasses in need of refill. We were told that we could substitute any two side dishes for the asparagus and redskin potatoes that accompany the Virginia Spots. One of our substitutions was garlic bread, which the menu states includes five pieces. We were brought a basket with two pieces. We would have requested an a la carte full order if we had been able to find our server. If a side dish substitution does not include the quantity that is written on the menu, the guest should be advised when placing the order. The Virginia Spots were excellent, but the serving was tiny: suitable for a child, not a hungry adult. The portion of french fries: our second substitution, was excellent. When my delicious, piping hot chicken pot pie was delivered, I asked the busser for black pepper. He acknowledged my request and then forgot it. I was able to obtain it from another busser after finishing more than half of my meal. Our server did not come to the table to perform a quality check until we were almost finished with our meals. I regret that the server whom we had requested in our reservation and who was present, was not provided to us and there was no explanation for this from the hosts.
The service was very good. The atmosphere of the place was very nice. My husband had his favorite chicken parm which was delicious. The prices were right. Also our waiter recommended carrot cake fo desert which was very good.
Good food and service
Atria's is one of our family's favorite restaurants and a definite first choice when there is a holiday or something special to celebrate.
Reservation was made well in advance of 4/4. On 4/3 we received a phone call informing us, basically, that we had to be out of there by 12:15. We left a little before 12 and the place was quite empty. I was fuming. We rushed our meal to make room for other diners. Why??? Also, I had chicken piccata. The smashed potatoes did not go well with the chicken. Very disappointing.
Atria’s has brought back some old favorites and added some new and sure to be future favorites. It’s menu is full of comfort food at reasonable prices. I’ve been a fan for 20 years and highly recommend its food and ambiance.
Atria's McMurray never disappoints. Our meals were delicious and the service from Allison was attentive but not hovering. Atria's is on our short list of go-to restaurants in the South Hills and we highly recommend you visit.
Had a reservation for high top seating near bar, it was a warm day the windows to the deck were open and provided for a great evening. Morgan the bartender is extremely welcoming and great service!
Had a terrific evening catching up with girlfriends. Drinks were great, the food delicious and the service excellent. Can’t wait for happy hour and bar specials to resume. Looking forward to sitting outside very soon!
Our server was fantastic!
Restaurant not busy. Server forgot to bring the salad. I had the Fra Diablo. It was just okay. My wife had chicken parm and she enjoyed her meal. Server’s attention to table was few and far between.
We went for St Patrick’s Day - they were out of corned beef by 5:15!! We love Atria’s (Peters and Mt Leno) so this was very disappointing!! The service as usual was awesome!!
The luncheon was very good. Service a bit slow, but he was very accommodating to our needs Portions are a bit too large, but we were all seniors--so go figure .A generous iced tea refill without asking..
It was St. Patrick's Day and they were understaffed. The waiter told us the owner was the bartender!! We waited 45 minutes for 3 meals. We had to ask where our appetizer was and one of our cocktails. I blame management as they should have had more employees , even though it was a Wednesday, it was St. Patrick's Day. We were there at lunch time, reservation was for 12:30 pm.
Looking forward to the bar re-opening soon.
The classic items on the menu are great. I had the Fra Diablo. Spice level and taste really good, couldn’t stop eating it.
Best crab cakes ever. Our waitress was excellent & i felt very safe during covid.
We were looking for a last minute spot for our Saturday dinner and found an open table on the app. Which was great. We hadn’t been to Atrias in a while so we were excited to go. When we arrived, our table was ready nearly immediately. Beyond that the server was very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks which included wine, a cocktail, a salad 3 entrees and 2 desert items were all awesome! The atmosphere there is really nice...it is casual but elegant at the same time.
Our entrees included a fried chicken salad, chicken picatta, and pot roast. Our deserts were a brownie with ice cream and carrot cake.
we had 5:30 pm reservations and they were out of filet, prime rib crab cakes and I got the last strip[ steak. They were also out of lemoncello cake. all by 5:30pm. The pot roast nachos were not very good. The chopped salad was good and the service was great considering. The covid separation felt safe. a poor represenationb of my many visits to atrias.
Very good food. This was my husband and mines third time eating there.
A great Valentine’s Day dinner! The food and service were fantastic! Can’t wait to return!
We love atria's for special occasion dining. It's our favorite place for Valentine's Day, Mothers Day and birthdays.
great food, service, and atmosphere! Rack of Lamb and Chicken Piccata
Dine in the bar area, Morgan the bartender/waitress is outstanding!
Had a great experience at Atrias. Food and service were both excellent.
Celebrated a birthday. Ordered Pot Roast but was a bit disappointed due to the meat being on the dry side. Also ordered the Meat Loaf. Large portion and very tasty.
Food, as always was great. Soft , quiet atmosphere for lunch. Nicely spaced out tables. Only complaint is the waitress never refilled my guests coffee, which was unusual for there.
Had the Pot Roast - my favorite dish there!
Yummy as always!
I expected the new on-line menu, but the waiter said it was ready yet.
Excellent food and service.
Incredible food and service. Cannot wait to go back.
Very nice restaurant
Good food in a relaxed environment at a reasonable price.
I thought the food was pretty good however they were either understaffed or our server was overwhelmed.
After looking forward to a night out, our dinner was very disappointing. My husband and I knew that indoor eating in restaurants was ending due to Covid and wanted to support a local business. (One of our used to be favorite restaurants) I also was planning on buying Christmas gift cards - as I always do. Not this time.
No more wonderful bread with the meal - we could buy garlic bread! Uninspired service and cold dark atmostphere did not help the evening.
I was supposed to receive hand cut fries with my expensive burger, but when they arrived, they were soggy and unappetizing. When the manager was informed, she said "they always come like that". Well no, not unless the oil was too cold when cooking or the fries were left under the heat lamp too long. I make them at home myself and they are always very crispy.
The manager reluctantly said that she would order fries that were crispy. They never came in the 30 minutes that we spent eating. She walked past us several times and pointedly ignored us.
We used to enjoy telling about and sharing with others our dining experiences at Atrias, no longer.
Since Frank's passing, the McMurray Atrias has really gone done.
